Great app, but I feel it needs to start on advanced for some people. It might have that, and I didn't see it or accidentally missed it, idk. Just in case though If you're a more advanced, active, limber & stronger person, might I suggest that you start on the 7th or 10th day instead of the 1st. That way, you by all the exercises that you normally wouldn't do or need. Had I not been able to do that, I would never have purchased the subscription due to it being way too easy thought it a scam.

This app starts off pretty easy with gentle stretching & motions. It graduates to poses that engage your muscles more . This is not as easy as phase 1 but not difficult either. Unfortunately, by day 11, that ends. It is a huge disconnect. There are moves which are quite a bit more difficult, with little direction. It felt like some got skipped. Also, it asks if you have knee issues, then proceeds to give you lunges. It all seems promising, but that fades fast.

Love this app. Very easy for anyone. You can set your settings to your liking music, no music, 5 seconds or a 1 minute for the length of each session. It also helps reach your desired weight and helps set target dates ONLY if you want. I have done the beginning level and plan on doing this level for myself do to it's perfect for me and then maybe I will move on . You always wanted to try Pilates this is a great beginner.

Just getting into exercising regularly for the first time in decades. Each workout feels doable and I like having a goal date to work towards. Exercises are easy to understand and are shown from multiple angles. You preview the next exercise before each one. Happy with the app so far. Even if I don't make my goal weight I will be proud for doing it consistently

I recently had surgery, and I have been having a difficult time adjusting. Between the depression and being inactive, it just isn't me. This app is affordable (I've also been out of work), and it allows you customized workouts in bite-sized pieces. I also enjoy that there are other modules I can take on if I'm feeling up to it that day, but if not, the daily 10min workouts make me feel accomplished and keep me moving.

I didn't know you could skip to a free version, but when I went to exit, they gave me a big discount on the paid version. So far, it's been worth the curated workout plan. I don't know what the free version looks like, so I couldn't tell you what's missing. I didn't give it 5 stars because I was lured in with a 7-day free trial, but my card was charged immediately. I also don't like that it's not obvious that there's a free option. When my plan ends in a year, I'll switch and update my review.

I love how easy the app is and how short the workouts are. My only problem is some of the exercises are perfect and push you a little and some are waaayyy too hard for a beginner like me. I can't tell the app which exercises are easy versus hard so sometimes I have to modify an exercise to make it doable for me until I'm stronger.

There's little ability to edit the workouts. Some exercises I can do with ease but some others I'm not as flexible as the person in the video. Plus you can go back and add exercises you did on a previous day if you forget to include them with you workout. For example, some days I would walk 3 miles instead of working out. But I forgot to add that to my workout plan and after the day pasted, I couldn’t go back and add it.
