Batteries for the heated insoles won't connect to Bluetooth. I read all the directions in the booklet, followed the instructions from the YT video, & read the FAQ section on troubleshooting the Bluetooth connection. My phone is just over a year old & is updated, so all of the bases are covered & they still won't pair. Also, update the YouTube channel with a video specifically for these batteries. They are significantly more expensive than the socks, & the pairing directions are different.

I got the app to work a couple of times when I first bought the boot heaters, but it hasn't recognized them since then, so it was useless last ski season and now this one. Tried to get them to reconnect tonight, nope. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice, now it freezes at the GPS location pop-up. Like the other reviewer with the same GPS freeze issue, I have a Samsung S22. If I'd wanted boot htrs that only work by pushing buttons on the batteries, I'd have bought the cheap ones!

Unhappy with connection issues.. 1 out of three attempts worked. You want to ski and no response from app... hope it gets better. Want to say good things I swear.. Update.. better after new app version. Still lost connection and had to restart batteries. It's cold and that's why timing matters so much (natureofthegame). Once they kicked on they were great though. So opinion is rising thanx

Frustrating over Useful. I bought socks to go ice climbing in remote locations. I mostly use them in places with no phone coverage. You NEED phone data activated and Location activated for this app to work. In my opinion, This is a city app. I wish it just needed bluetooth without the rest. I have to take off my gaiters and pull up my snow pants to press the batterie in order to ajust the heat. A fancy app for the ski resort. Not for deep backcountry... it's a waste of time.

I can't even get the app to recognize my batteries. A friend said she can only connect at home but not on the ski hill. Very frustrating that this app doesn't work and worse that there are only three heat levels without Bluetooth which is not satisfactory for cold days. The Bluetooth controlled batteries should be pulled from the market until this app becomes operational.

Loses Bluetooth connectivity to the point that it's useless. I can no longer adjust the heat or do anything because it won't reconnect after the first time they're turned on. It wasn't always this way, please fix it! EDIT: Thank you for fixing it! Much better. -1 star because sometimes I have to move my phone closer to the battery to reconnect, but it's much faster now!

I am using the application with Thermic Heated Vest, works perfectly. My tip is to just turn on your phone's Bluetooth setting only, and use the THERMIC APP to pair and connect to the product. DO NOT USE PHONE SETTINGS TO TRY TO PAIR WITH PRODUCT. If the Thermic app shows it is connected, then it is, even if phone settings do not update. Regulates heat and battery use very well. Also, I turned off all phone data while connected via Bluetooth and all still worked fine. (Other reviews false).

Cannot get past location permission as app freezes on a samsung galaxy s22. Lots of other reviewers seem to have expressed the same concerns. I tried reinstalling app and a few other things, but can't even use it. Bought an expensive set of heated socks and batteries only to be completely let down by this unusable app.
