The Evans Real-time Information Gateway System™ mobile application for Android devices, or simply eRIGS™ for short, allows drivers to view and accept loads that have been assigned to them via the Dispatch Grid in the Evans Agent Portal, as well as electronically update the status of accepted loads and capture proof of delivery and other billing documents (via an on-screen signature method or by camera capture of paper documents) and transmit them directly into the Evans system from the field. Status updates and captured documents appear automatically on the Order Information screen in the Evans Agent Portal.

Edit: the app is updated to the newest version and im still experiencing difficulties. The ing process DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive uninstalled and reinstalled this app. Ive tried multiple times to documents and it does nothing. Please fix this, i want to get paid by my company!!!!!!!!!!! This app SUCKS!! It is very frustrating when the app doesn't want to accept the load.

The app still does not work properly at times. Will rotate pictures (proof of delivery) at times for no reason. There are times you cannot send proof of delivery because the app thinks there's too much white spaces or dark spaces in it because of the filter it runs through. Still needs quite a bit of work.

Worked decent for the last 2 years but now all of a sudden, I cannot take any pictures of billing documents. The camera screen that comes up is entirely different than before and just shows a black screen and seems to lock up. My dispatch is going crazy because now I have to take pictures in jpg and send them via email.

It's a great app but I think It should have the ability To print pod before g. Some warehouse want paper In hand. They don't want to wait for email. Also app should Have the ability to put how many pallets unloaded. Some Warehouse want to write that Before they sign.

Worst Update didn't think this terrible app could get worse but you found a way .......not friendly at all ........I called the I.T department was basically told they don't know how to fix an make other arrangements with dispatch til next update ......Then Told by Payroll ppl tough there paperless ......so here we are SNAFU
