A lot of useless stuff on the home screen. The App has been out for a while and it can't do the most basic things. It wouldn't allow me to sign in/out in a straightforward and clean way. It always stuck in a limbo state that I partially logged in: the app shows my UID but won't allow me to use any features. It is a completely waste of the tuition money.

Android . The app goes on a permanent loop between the get started screen and the net ID page for me and it seems several others. This issue also occurs with the "safer Illinois" app, so I assume it is a similar system issue. Please fix the issue as this app and the other are pretty necessary and useful apps at UIUC.

Safer Illinois worked better for building access. I have to each time I use this app for building access. It also immediately resets, so if I , close the app, and open it again seconds later, I start the whole process over again. I have tried the recommended uninstall and reinstall a couple of times now, and it is the same.

Pretty upset. Safer did the job. This app can't even provide notifications on test results. Luckily the Safer app is still running in the background and can give me a notification. This new app has a notification section, all notifications are off but on my phone they are all on. What.....?! To add insult to injury, the place to provide comments in app doesn't allow me to type. Yup. Cool. This stinks. The only function that works is an in-app web browser to the MyMcKinely portal. It is the only way to see results.

Completely broken. One day the app stopped being able to load. I've reinstalled it and made sure my phone (only a couple years old) is up to date, to no avail. Though even when it was working, the information the app gave was consistently incorrect or outdated.

Doesn't get past initial loading screen. Easier to just have a shortcut on your home screen to the website. EDIT: I managed to make it work by deleting all app storage and cache. Still shouldn't have had to do this, and it took me until December to figure that out.

Broken. Only shows "authorization token unavailable" when opened. Absolutely garbage. As a replacement for safer illinois, it's garbage. I never had issues with safer illinois. This app is the worst!!!!! Unusable!!! Either fix it or bring back safer illinois

When I first opened it the net ID button wasn't working. I ignored the issue at first but later when I opened the app again it showed the privacy screen and the button to continue wasn't working. This basically renders the app useless. Please fix!
