Absolutely genious app. From now, I can copy CNC machine's parameters without any laptop. Tested. Working smoothly and precisely. May be later I will ask author for one special feature, but time will show is it needs to be added, or I will find it inside the app. P.S. It will be nice to run "loop" test, while checking adapter with loopback connected, in one click. And to observe looped signals as "got / failed."

Near perfect solution. Need to integrate software keyboard input like Termux's, especially when dealing with network switches and routers command line completions. Inserting ? and Tab via macros doesn't really work. Scrolling through historical commands would be an awesome addition.

Best Serial terminal so far, working perfectly in any aspect, but I would add a few more Font type, and to be able to change the terminals background and foreground color, then it would be 100% perfect! 😉☕

It's okay for some basic scenarios. But it's lacking some important fetures. The separate input box is painful to use. Not recommended when you are looking for a serial console.

I tried so many serial apps and this was by far the best. I wish that it auto detected my serial port and it doesn't work with the HP network switch's help function. However, it did really well at displaying the terminal properly and allowing me to enter the command I needed. I guess I need to stop relying on the help menus so much.

I am using this app to connect to a Terminal Node Controller (TNC). It connects ok but I have to keep depressing carriage return in order to get the buffered data in the TNC. This does not happens whith a PC terminal program like Teraterm, Putty, and others. I have the same settings as the pc terminal, so there might be something missing. This does not happen with the WiFi version of this app. I was planning to use this app for a mobile Packet Radio station. Any suggestions?

No way to up arrow commands is a deal breaker for Cisco work. Up arrow scrolls through the last few commands in IOS. It is necessary to replay command strings to quickly modify several ports on a switch. Without this it makes modifications much more difficult. I could use this instead of a windows machine if this were possible here. It is the best one out there, but just is not enough to depend on for me.

Liked it so much I bought with a smile. Connects to my Prolific 2303 and CH340s cleanly which means I don't have to carry my laptop to every service call. Customers are amazed to see me arrive with just a small tool kit and plug in my P20 and talk to their systems. To make it perfect, needs Xmodem file transfer and VT100 terminal emulation (at least the cursor control and erasing subset). If it gets this I can do firmware s to! It has to get 6 stars then - I'd even buy it again!!! ;-)
