This app used to be good and I'd order from foodora every day. Lately it's gotten much worse. Food is late every single time, the tracker is wildly inaccurate as the rider icon disappears and estimated time swings wildly and ing about it gets a response like "everything looks fine from our end! Just wait!". Except for the fact the food is one hour late.

Great cost value compared to other food delivery apps (lots of discounts!) and the app runs seamlessly but VERY low on restaurant selection. Saturday night there was literally just 1 restaurant available as all others cancelled their delivery services. At some other times in the week there's just a few restaurants available (like 2 or 3!) and sometimes NONE. Love the app but they need to get more restaurants on board. Also they need to add a save Favourites feature. Inconvenient search without it

Very bad. I placed my order for delivery, and kept waiting for an hour for it. In the end, they told me the order was placed for pickup. Even though I was 100% sure I placed it for delivery, I even put my delivery address. They didn't give me a refund and foodora's help service was not helpful at all. Deleted the app after the first order.

I was a regular customer but after the latest incident, I decided to boycott. First of all, every time your order goes wrong, it is impossible to get real time assistance (a single message every half an hour, an hour after the problem incurred) which makes it extra stressful. My order was sent(by default) to an old address and they initially refused to redeliver OR refund- basically it was in their policy that one needs to pay for nothing if something screws up on their end. After almost 4 hrs of negotiation, when I made it clear I wanted a refund, they dropped off my soggy noodles- said because I accepted it they wont refund. Courier told me they didnt pay him to redeliver either. 👎

CAN'T ADD TIP AFTER CHECKOUT. How is this an issue? The should be able to control the tip amount before delivery. Doesn't matter if it is 1 minute or 30 minutes after checkout. In fact, why doesn't the app make tipping part of the delivery confirmation, like say, during Uber or Lift experiences? The app is fine otherwise.

Very negative customer service experience: I ran into some bug/technical hiccup in a hurry situation, which resulted in a duplicated order. The restaurant noticed the error, they called me and cancelled the the second order. Nevertheless my money was taken, and while the restaurant was willing to cooperate, the foodora customer service refused all help. I could only get my money back through the bank/card company (by showing screenshots about the ridiculous complaint handling). Not recommended.

At first it was awesome being able to order from Lcbo, with no minimum. Then when they added the $4.00 delivery charge , still reasonable not a problem. But then they switched to 15 dollar minimum with $5.99 delivery fee still okay not great but whatever. Then two days literally 2 days later they raise the delivery fee to $7.99!!..seriously not a good move 👎👎

I dont know why I keep using this app. Maybe because it's the first food delivery app I tried and it's convenient that it's already set up. Going back out of a restaurant goes back to the top of the restaurants listing, losing my place in the list. When checking out, they collapse the list of ordered items by default so it's hard to review what was ordered. There doesnt seem to be a way to review special instructions. I'll be trying some other apps now.
