The web interface is not -friendly for today's technology. It constantly gives network error, ugh. I would honestly like it better to have a programmer on the pump itself than another app on my phone. I hate that I have to have my phone and open the app every time I need to change or do something with my pool. Too time-consuming for me.

The app itself works fine. The web version, linked from within the app, to control the schedule and system settings, is horrible and if you are editing the schedule, and lose internet or get a phone call or something that causes you to exit the app, it causes an air and requires you to basically force restart the device. Lately, I think it's been losing Wi-Fi connection or something, and not turning the pool pump on in the morning. 🙄

Glitchy and slow at best. Some controls are clear and accessible in the main app. Others, you have to use the web interface. All controls should be in the main interface of the app itself. Also lost a star for not being able to link directly to Google Home. I can somewhat connect using Alexa, but that is very slow, glitchy, and frequently returns error messages. Add Google Home Integration!

This app is absolutely useless. Experiencing all problems which are described in the numerous other reviews. The internet connection is great and the controller shows the green light for WEB connection. All I get now after reinstalling the app is 'Sorry an error has occurred pls try again. This whole thing is a fraud , selling something for 1000$ where they must know it doesn't work. And then arguing your internet connection is not good enough, always blame the customer to not beeing smart eno

Very slow and unresponsive. Would be better if there was an option to connect to devices locally than through a slow overburdened server half a world away. Have to tap multiple times and manually refresh to get my device started/stopped, takes around ½-1 minute. Not a good experience. Web interface/ home assistant integration also doesn't work due to lag.

App is terrible. Slow, very poor options selection. Changing light color is awful, no reason to blink and flash when changing, poor technology. Limited color selections is also bad. Great, you offer infinite color options...HOW? I followed the instructions on the page, watched the video. I do not have a "Custom color" option on my light color selection page. Seems this doesn't work with 6W nitchless lights.

I have to close and restart this app between every session. This the 4 star. This app would be improved if there were scheduling options to turn on and off my spa pump and spa heater. It would be even further improved if there were any diagnostic info about my hot tub system or even just manual entry with reminders about lifespan of filter or any helpful maintenance notifications about how much time has ed since it was last run, etc.

FIND A BETTER WAY. this will constantly make random changes to when your equipment turns on for no reason. shows a button to go to the web to make adjustments, but it doesn't work, and you'll have to figure out how to fix this on your own. is not really a thing this company offers you. find another way you'll be much happier
