App is constantly broken. As many other s have reported, the ability to pay your bill through the app or online has been broken for weeks. If the bill pay section even loads, it gets stuck in a constant cycle of ing your identity but never works. Now you have to spend 15 minutes on the phone navigating repetitive menus to pay your bill when it used to take 2 minutes through the app. For what Xfinity charges, they should have functioning services. Would not recommend, get AT&T instead

I want to change my plan and it simply won't allow it. My plan contract is expired, I no longer need several features. app allows me to select new but will not except it unless I add mobile phone. don't want to. I'm happy with current carrier. I either have to discontinue xfinity completely, or continue paying for stuff I don't need. I no home phone but I pay for Voice, don't watch sports but pay for it. I don't need their router, it's rented.

I have tried for a week to access my billing and pay my bill, it keeps saying bad request or it isn't work. This is frustrating. Update: I clicked the link they sent and the bot said I was first in line, now over 10 minutes later, I still have no response. If I could give less stars, I would. Xfinity is overpriced, does not prioritize the customer, and has an app that does not work, nor have they provided a fix. My streaming apps give me better selection and less hassle.

Ugh...this app... First I can't see any of my wifi settings because when I press it a tab comes up just a little bit but not enough and I can't change the settings. Then I go to use the "AI assistant" and before I know what's happening it's changing my wifi settings...and then it's like if you want to change them I have to do it in the damn app...THAT DOESNT WORK. I've cleaned the cache, cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled...still the same. Can't do anything.

No access to parts of app, including downtime, and I have talked to customer service and tech over four times. Still isn't fixed! Am about to cancel xfinity because this is ridiculous how not only myself, but MULTIPLE people are having the same issue but there is no fix to it. And don't even get me started on the AI . It doesn't even understand what I'm saying is wrong or how to help either. It just gives me a link to app features! Like damn... rub it in my face I can't use them.

Constantly downgraded in functionality. I never have much need for the app, but when I do it's pretty much useless. Over the years more and more features are removed and it's baffling why. Ever since Xfinity made everything into one app it's been an ever increasing deluge of frustration. Please bring back the useful features so I can actually manage my modem/internet service when away from home like in times past. Don't get me started on the uselessness of the A.I. help.

Slow awful and constantly getting error messages when trying to access billing. Constant outage alerts without any time frame. Why am I using an app when it keeps opening a web browser that just gives an error message. This is the internet company. You would think this would be super easy to pay online and have clear communication through an app.

Absolutely horrible. Customer service is catching up with how bad the actual service is. I haven't had a single person say anything good about xfinity service. I pay $270/mo for tv and internet that works 30-45 min out of an hour. I cant watch a full movie. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else. plus according to customer service all your wiring goes bad in 4-5 years and has to be replaced by you. I did it just to make sure it was new for next provider. Worked about 20 minutes.
