Not terrible on mobile, but an awful UI on Android TVs: * No option to do quick seek/fast forward. This is especially bad when recording a sports event that didn't start on time and one wants to skip the stuff that made it into the recording. * The recording-overview screen, the options to play and delete are right next to one another with the function hilighting being almost indistinguishable from the background. Needs *way* more contrast. * No "trashcan" to recover accidentally deleted items

Would have been a 5 star rating if not for two reasons. One is that once in a while the recording is not what I had scheduled to be recorded.(title does not match contents)..but this could be due to different unexpected circumstances. Second is that I am missing contents description of shows or movies where I would like to know about before committing to record a series. Otherwise really love it because it gives the chance to watch something later when I have time and not depending on the TV schedule. Thank you!

This is, bar none, the best German tv app I've ever used. Great interface, easy to use, and the channel lineup is superb. Highly customisable, as well. Can record series, shows by actor, type, etc. Love it! Real channels with no annoying subtitles. Great German tv and legal since it doesn't stream live.

Best value for German TV outside of . App could be better, good content tho. However, it lacks a simple search function on the Roku TV and Chromecast versions of the app. Phone/tablet version is much better than the smart TV app, but does not cast; so use Roku or Chromecast for the TV. One & subscription for all. Changes made in app's use library are visible in Roku, etc, so it's good to use both. Tweak settings in app, then view on the Roku or Chromecast for the big screen.

Works really well. UI is well designed, easy to use and overall a pleasure to use. I just wish that the basic plan would have some long term storage. Automatic deletion after 5 days is just not good enough

Easy to use. Comprehensive list of German TV channels. Good search options for one-time and weekly recordings. Love the fact that YouTV exists on many platforms, including LG SmartTV, XBox, and Android, and that it works with Chromecast (HD streaming in perfect quality).

Fantastic app! All major german tv stations from one app and most of it is accessible from my location in the states. Certain movies seem to be unavailable for recording, likely due to license issues but otherwise fantastic.

I am learning German and this app has been indispensable. I would love if they had a closed captioning option (or maybe they do and my German isn't good enough for me to figure it out). But otherwise it is a great resource and I highly recommend it to other German students.
