Looking through the reviews I was starting to get a lil worried, but I didn't have any issues. I'm not sure if they fixed the issue or if it was due to error, but I honestly really like these headphones. The app adds to the experience, imo bc you can change how the music sounds and change the level of noise cancelation. Not absolutely necessary to use the headphones tho.

I've been using this app for a week now as I've bought Haylou Mori pro ear buds 1 week ago, so far I'm loving this app & the ear bud. The simple & minimalistic UI design is really great. Hoping to get regular firmware updates for my earbuds through this app.

Can't discover my t16 tws. Very limited list of ed devices. Old app isn't compatible with newer versions of android.

Excellent with Haylou s53 ANC. Loving these headphonesm alot. Only thing I noticed (for Devs). When I picked location it says United Kingdeom instead of United Kingdom (+44) Experience has been great.

Worst app I've seen. It's full of bugs, it didn't even let me sign in / sign up. A "connection problem" appeared each time. I tried changing networks, testing my internet connection, and everything was fine but app still didn't let me do anything. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work :(

This app is straight up broken i tried to connect it to my headphones and it shows me connect botton and it connect to headphones but app doesn't recognize the connection and asks to connect to you device.i had a qcy headphone before this brand and this never happend to me,this is the last time i buy anything from such a brand.

Unfortunately, the app does not haylou t15, in fact, because the newly developed application s only two models of haylou devices, it has a very beautiful appearance and interface, I wish it s all devices, I am impatiently waiting for T15, thank you
