Clean and -friendly app. Like their website, it compiles relevant information about historical and current electricity usage, charges, and methods of payment. I ed despite negative reviews and don't see any problems with this apps functionality or UI. The app is great. And for what it's worth, my bill goes up $2.36 if I'm late this month, nothing crazy!

This app used to be great, I could see my usage, bill etc. but since they updated the only thing it does is crash upon opening and takes up storage space on my phone. I'm bummed because they seem to be a good energy company otherwise...

For the first 2 years I had this service it was great and the app worked but recently within last few months Everytime I get on app it crashes and if I go on website to check my usage it says sorry looks like u found a page that is under maintenance, very inconvenient...

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! Do not use this energy provider. They say they have cheap rates and they do. The have cheap rates because they are you over on charges. If you are late paying your bill they charge you a minimum of 20 dollars a day that the bill goes unpaid. That's not even the beginning. This is so crazy. I'm turning this place in to whoever i can. I'm mad i didn't recognize what they were doing sooner.

If you have this service I recommend the app. It's friendly and convenient. So many places make it mandatory to there app; not the case here. They are just as easily accessible via phone or web.
