Really love the app. When in Iowa, the news station used this app and then moved to South carolina and found the news station had it too. Very useful. Love the features and all the alerts ad toggling the overlays. Favorites location, too. I do wish it to tell me the city location when saying a specific warning cause when it says "tornado warning," i have no idea which city until I check the phone.

I liked this app for along time, I had to Uninstall this because, I keep getting a loud obnoxious alert that keeps coming across my phone no matter if I'm on a phone call or watching one of my shows or movie. It says "A news station Alert has been detected." I check it there's nothing there in the app. it's not just every once and awhile it is multiple times aday everyday and I am so tired of it so only thing I knew to do is delete the app until they can fix it. I do ❤️ channel 12 News though

Radar is not showing hurricanes until they get close to land. Other apps showing hurricanes in the gulf and beyond.

An annoying message is audible no matter what you have requested in the settings. It says an alert has been received but it doesn't say what it is and there is no way to see the alert in the app. Also the videos had no audio. The ads in the beginning work fine but when the actual video starts you can't hear them. I Uninstalled the app.

Most times it won't follow me. If you look at the weather somewhere else most times it will only show you that weather and not change back to your preferences. This app goes off all through the day notifying you of your NON preferences! Really annoying and it's very loud!

Very nice informative.glad it was selection for the app. Store i very much incoureage to everyone for their weather info. Site,, plus i was a big fan of wrdw for many years since a yng teen n old enough to understand news broadcasting like news sports and weather. Enjoy the station and the broadcaster thats always served it...

I noticed when the alerts come in and when I play the video to get an update it doesn't have any sound to the video. This has happened several times. Sometimes I have sound and sometimes I don't.
