Worthless app. I have an Android phone. No matter what I do, this app will not send me notifications or emails. I have uninstalled multiple times. I have checked all settings EVERYWHERE. You have to constantly sign in and type in your full name and , then wait for a code. Stupid. My friend has Apple and it works for her.

This app is absolutely terrible!! I have the "stay signed in" switch to on at all times, but I constantly have to type my name and because im constantly being auto-singed out. The "reset my " option sends a link to my name!? It also will not let me reset my , so now I can't sign in at all. The "help" button leads to a dead end. My experience with this app has been a HUGE inconvenience as it is poorly optimized with no real put in place. -2 out of 5 stars

Making availability changes is difficult. It logs me out every time I close the app on my phone even tho i have the "stay logged in" option on, and on top of that, it makes me my phone number every time i try to . I have notifications turned on and still dont get any. It makes me put my log-in 2 times before it let's me in.

App work fine as a group chat, but 1. Constantly having to sign in, everytime you use app is horrible ( or biometric) 2. Randomly disconnect you and force you to re-read and understand the TOS / Guidelines 3. Notifications for group chat is hot garbage at best 4. Sometimes you can't even take pictures inside the app. You'd take pictures and boom it's gone Really bad app design overall. Very inconvenients

Doesn't let you see the next week's schedule. Plus my schedule is in until March 2019 at work but can't see it on work jam. What's the point of having it? Should be able to see more than current weeks schedule. Pointless if you want to see your schedule several weeks or to set personal life to work life. I've tried emailing work jam and get no response. Not at all impressed with this app. Oh and now when I to see postings by my employer, it shows all the pictures are broken links. My profile picture is gone and I can't see any other profile pictures. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same thing. 😶 I am the one responsible for loading the schedule we at work. It's done. And yes I've emailed twice and no response. It is showing all pictures as broken links and now none of my schedules are showing. Not even for today.

It worked great in the beginning...now everytime I try to sign in it says something is wrong went wrong with the server authentication. I tried updating it, still not working, tried uninstalling and reinstalling still getting the same response...I know it's not the server, because I can access work jam on the computer and tablet. My phone is samsung 8+, any help would be appreciated!

I started out absolutely loving this app. However after an update I have not been able to log back in. It doesn't send me the link to reset my , and there's no option for . What started out as an amazing success for me has turned into a flop and I'm highly disappointed.

Very annoying app. I suddenly can't find where to view my messages. The place just disappeared. And when I click on my message notifications it just takes me home. I also can't request days off, offer my shift for people to just grab, it has to be to a specific person, and even then it doesn't give me all the options of who to give it to. Crew was so much better.
