I keep having to change my because for some reason the app won't recognize credentials and allow access for subesequent sessions. As it stands I'm having to change the every time I want to and see my submissions, please fix.

Was great until recently. App no longer works on android phones. Won't get past the screen. Please fix this issue. Update: been 2 months still no fix

Back in October the app worked perfect and helped me decide what cards to grade. The app no longer works. I've tried clearing and reinstalling it. Tried multiple devices still, no success. It completes the front scan quick then will often hang indefinitely on the back or fail to perform different parts of the scan and return "NIL"

It's nice that i can get an idea of what my cards grade could be with the instant grade feature. However, the scanning for the back of the cards is very slow, even when it reads 100% and can't get a full grade afterward. Definitely needs improvement.

Would really like to see get instant grade fixed for two reasons. One so I know if close to score I'm looking for if I send in. Second so when I do send in I know an estimated value so I know what category to put in for price of card. Also can't wait until you extent to sports cards and if can authenticate autos. Keep up good work, moving in right direction. Especially for the non buisness collector. We don't have thousands to sink in but enjoy hobby.

This is an game-changer...simply an awesome app. It helps me figure out what cards I want to send to grade with AGS. Take a pic and boom. The results are pretty accurate. Love that they have made this free and it super simple and intuitive to use.

The AI grading in this app does not work. I tried to instant-grade a couple cards. One was an already graded PSA 7. This came back with a 10. The other was a card with an ok front surface but a ton of edge wear on the back. This one came back as a 9.

At first, I was skeptical about this app. That being said, when I first summited my Wotc Pokemon cards. I was very impressed how accurate they grade the cards. After my submission, I then started using this app to see which card I should submit to AGS. So far it has help, couple bugs here and there but customer service is willing to listen to your concerns and will make proper adjustments on the app. This company is like a rollercoaster ride. It has its ups and downs. So far, it great!
