Reserve washing machines and dryers for free
With our app, you can check whether there are any washing machines or dryers currently in use in your laundry room; when not in use, you can reserve them for free – directly from your sofa, when on the go, or from anywhere you choose. If there currently is no machine available … Not a problem! Enter our virtual waiting queue and save your spot in line to automatically getting the next machine when it becomes available! We will notify you as soon as your appliance is waiting for you.

Cashless payment
No more collecting special coins or buying tokens! With WeWash, you can pay for your washing and drying conveniently directly via the app. You can choose from a wide range of international payment options such as credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and many more. Keep track of the costs with our simple, GDPR compliant and easy to understand invoicing.

Always stay up to date
You will receive regular updates on the state of your laundry via push notifications: Whether your position in the waiting queue changes; your laundry cycle has started successfully; or your laundry is now ready for pick up: You will enjoy full transparency about your reservations, pick up times, and costs.

First of all there is no clear guide on how and when check if there is a detergent in the machine, second thing that there is also no handling or at least guide what to do if you are already washing your clothes but there was no detergent, so as result you will just get wet clothes for 4,50 €. Another one they subscribe you for monthly payment with no proper notification! And there is no ability to delete your payment data! I hope I won't be charged for the subscription I didn't agree to.

App has a great concept, but it doesn't work very well. I'm currently standing in front of a washer and the useless app says it can't connect. This has been going on for 10 minutes. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

The app is very poor, whole system of reservation is not continental to use, you cannot cancel your reservation if someone wlse start his drying on your reservation. Not secure at all.

s no longer have 10 minutes to load machines after the 10 minutes booking window, a completely unnecessary complications. There's also no limit in of bookable machines per , so one could block an entire room for themselves if they want to. Machines are also blocked without any reason during "maintenance windows", during which no one comes to clean anything. It is clear that they're trying to squeeze out as much money as possible from this while providing no maintenance.

Useless app. Works to activate machines and they are good at sending you an invoice immediately but a month later, you get another invoice for the dryer and payment "cant be processed" - although a small "Test" deduction from your seems to work ???? . Failure to pay gets you threatened with "legal processing". Oh and, its interesting that the "information that this app collects" is NOT available !

I initially liked the app and wash experience. It worked well, found my location, and did my laundry in one try. BUT it only gave me my wash invoice when I signed up for a dryer, and even though I can SEE my dryer invoice, it won't allow me to pay it NOW and says it will be due in a month. I'm afraid it's going to charge me a fee or try to bill me when I miss the notification. It feels like a scam.

Nothing works in this app. Machines are not turning on when you book them, it said that there are no free machines even if there are. The queue is a strange thing because it seems that everybody in the queue get charged, but of course only the first one can use the machine. I'm tech guy myself and I like when somebody is using technology to improve life. The concept and the idea are great, but execution is horrible. In this case I would revert back to old system with coins. Edit: It's true I got my money back and that was helpful. Therefore I'm increasing the rating to 3 as the app still have some issues

Doesn't allow you to choose which washer or drier you would like. For example, if someone leaves their close in Washer 1 for 2 hours, you can't choose Washer 2 when you book. It'll just assign you Washer 1. Poor app design makes it more difficult than it should be, and it's easy to accidentally book a machine that you cannot use, thus wasting money. I've ed about this but definitely an issue that needs fixing to make it more frustration free.
