Had an issue where I couldn't access my , but the subscription had resumed. So I was unable to go in and cancel it. Emailed customer service and got a reply almost instantly. I thought surely it was some bot.. But within 10-15 mins my plan was canceled and I was sent a reimbursement for this month. Huge shout out to Cassidy K I believe 🙏. Customer service that great is really few and far between. I'll be a returning customer next summer.

Nice when it works. My wash closes often now due to weather, which is kind of understandable, but you have to know that going in. Full price during winter means you're paying same price for less than half the washes. A huge issue is it won't let you use the app on multiple devices, so someone else can't wash the car without you being there. Also a pain if you change phones because you can't transfer the between phones even with same phone number, which makes zero sense.

The app works good most of the time. Carwash I'm subscribed to doesn't give you everything that you pay for. Drying time starts before the wash is completely finished and runs out before the actual time is up (usually cuts off with 5-10 seconds left). Wish another wash in my town would sign up so I could switch. May wind up canceling it anyway.

It was working great all the sudden I hit open and it flashes but won't open. Seems to be no help. I am now having an issue with my credit card blocking them as fraud. They claim that there are a lot of complaints about them taking money that they are not entitled to. I am not sure. All I know is that when they try to take money out last 3 months. I've had to call the credit card and tell them to lift the fraud notice.

READ BEDORE PURCHASING: #1: The wording of "unlimited washes" is not clear. You only get one wash per day, so you can not use it multiple times. So basically, you get 1 wash a day. #2: You can not use your hip at any other Ever Wash location. So you must go back to the location you signed up at. It's not a bargain, especially when your home location is constantly broken down. It's cheaper to just buy a wash at the pump at a working location. No refunds. They just extend your payment. 👎

I love the app it's incredibly easy to use. Also keeps you informed, when my car wash closed due to inclement weather, I received an email letting me know and that it would freeze my while closed, then receive an email when It was back open. If you wash your car more than once a month, this is a great value .

Doesn't wash the back of the car good (the trunk never get cleaned) and it dosen't rinse completely, a lot of left over foams because of poor rinse even after dryer and the whole entire automatic wash bay needs more pressure during rinse, I will be canceling my monthly subscription with EVERWASH SOON

This was a rip off, it's not unlimited. I paid for the monthly unlimited plan and after 2 weeks it said I used all my credits. So this is not unlimited. I do not recommend using this. Find a real unlimited service.
