This app is a garbage. It doesn't do what is supposed to, and if I try to go to the webpage, I get the same results, so both are worthless. It will not let you sell tickets. Doesn't even present the option despite the instructions. The option just doesn't exist. Customer service is an absolute joke. It's recommended you do live chat. Yeah.... Doesn't even let you click on it. It's like it's there for show. The 1 and 2 star reviews are accurate. Buy tickets anywhere else!!!

This app is a rip off I spent all my time playing those stupid games to get credits so that I could get money off of a ticket purchase only to find that whenever you earn enough your screen won't even go to the bottom to confirm your coupon. So there's no way to get it. I have also jumped through hoops messaging customer service and whoever else I needed to speak to and no one could help me so please don't waste your time playing the games because you're not going to get your voucher.

This ticket-reseller connects you to overpriced markups, and sneaks in a huge per-ticket Service fee on top of that, plus a substantial Delivery fee. Then they continuously spam your inbox to promote more purchases. Stay away from these folks unless you're desperate. Update response 11/13: The seller didn't upgrade my order, they fulfilled it incorrectly. Also, it's printed right on the tickets that reselling them for a higher price than the original is grounds for seizure and cancellation.

This is only good if you want to play trivia games for ing time. The ticket prices and fees are higher than anywhere else. The trivia rewards worked for me, but I could find cheaper tickets elsewhere, even after using the discounts from the trivia games. Just a waste of time, look elsewhere.

Do not use this service. They make it easy to purchase and their fees are much higher than other services. We had something come up and needed to resell, but they had so many hoops to jump thru and after an hour, they said I couldn't resell thru them. (Response to their auto reply). I did chat with them ... that's what took and hour with no attempt to help me.

I was sila a parking that appeared on the app to be close to the venue I was attending. After purchasing I received an email with a different address for the parking location. In reality it was extremely far away and did not make sense to use. When I called to report the discrepancy in the location they did nothing to help and told me all sales and final

highest ticket fees among make event companies, and so much stress about not being able to get in because you can't get tickets into a wallet, and transfers occur sometimes just hours before the beginning of a concert. I'm uninstalling the app and DONE. I thought Ticketmaster was bad, but it's overall cheaper and less worries. AVOID !!!

Cannot sell tickets. Have been trying for weeks have called customer service spent over an hour on the phone. App doesn't even give you the option tried installing multiple times looked all over customer service never dressed that they told me to just go on the website but it never works there's always an error tried multiple devices multiple networks it never works and always airs at some point it gives me an oops message from Vivid or some weird repeat error on the page.
