Perfect app in of easy navigation. Flexibility and creativity. But it is so beyond buggy and slow. I just want to be able to open my tickets just to look at them but then I wait like 30 seconds for them to pop up sometimes. When I go to concerts I start loading the tickets ON THE WALK THERE and once they barely finished after a 0.6 mile walk and honestly it's beyond frustrating. Nothing should be changed about the style. I only wish to comment on the poor speed issue and small bugs

Same as everyone else, it would seem, was forced to update the app, and now I can't sign in at all. The website works, but the point of the app is to have the tickets at the ready, not open up a browser and when 9 times out of 10 there is awful service outside or around the venues. Now the app doesn't function just forces itself to close and I have a show tomorrow so I'm forced to use my browser. Fix your app

Functions well. I'm glad Ticketmaster integrates with Live Nation because, the TM app just loads a black screen for me 90% of the time but, LN works. LN also has a smoother process overall. It will log you in to make purchases and see your mobile tickets using biometrics if you opt into it. By contrast, TM just sends you to a webpage within the app 🙄, where you have to again and again. TM is cumbersome. LN is streamlined.

I use the app so I'm not forced to every time I'm in a browser and it makes me do just that anyway in an outside window to Ticketmaster anyway. In addition to their exorbitant prices and ridiculous surcharges in the forms of convenience fees, LiveNation is a necessary evil to see my favorite bands at a brutal price.

App hasn't worked in months. I click on my events or sign in and it kicks me out with message 'app stopped working'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and get the same results. This is NOT good considering they don't give us options to access tickets on the website or can print them. If we can't use the app, are we now unable to attend an event because of that? Not very customer service savvy!

It is immensely scummy that this app is required to get tickets and that their process railroads you to accepted all their putrid marketing BS. Plus the app is incredibly slow and clunky anyway. Classic rebranded Ticketmaster, stay away from this app if you can.

I'm extremely techy and the fact you make it so extremely difficult just to sign in on either the Ticketmaster or the live Nation app is just ridiculous. You are not browser friendly and then when I use Chrome you say I need to link my s but no instructions. I can't even access my tickets now now I have paperweight tickets. When I try to save to my Google wallet they require all sorts of additional privacy data such as my email name etc. you don't need my separate Google info...

ed the app so that finding my online tickets to be scanned would be easier. I can't view any of my tickets on the app and get an "error receiving transfer" alert. So I'm back to looking up my tickets online and have another app I don't use.
