I have been charged by 2 separate s. One is an ANNUAL and the other is some essential for $2.99 and then $5.99. I am being double charged. The one that is annual said it was off due to non payment, but the subscription was paid for the entire year. I couldnt reach Google play or Bet+ so I was stuck paying for the "NEW" because I can't get the annual one to work. A pure RIP-OFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Iam STILL paying for an additional subscription.

I really love the BET+ app because of the series and movies that are shown, but recently, the price was increased, but the service and performance of the app is HORRIBLE!!!! Whenever I'm watching something on the app it's constantly buffering or in the middle of a movie or series everything freezes up and soon it pops up and says (bet+ is not available at this time) or that show (cannot be played at this time). If somethings not done at least by the end of Sept. my next move will be to cancel.

I have been extremely patient with this app. EVERY MONTH BET+ has been taking my money, but DOESN'T provide ANY CONSISTENT service. I was trying to watch my coins and did the basic plan. Then, after doing some research, I saw that the issue could be resolved by purchasing the plan, I did that. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY AM I STILL UNABLE TO VIEW ANYTHING CONSISTANTLY ON THIS APP? THEY CONSISTANTLY TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH! The message I'm getting is "Sorry, this video is not available."

As I am checking my I'm seeing that I have the $10.99 plan, but they also have the basic plan for $5.99 which includes ads while streaming. Well, so does the $10.99 plan, but the issue is I didn't have a chance to pick my plan, it seems as though BET+ picked for me & of course the higher plan! I'm the most thrifty person I know next to my mother & I know I wouldn't have chosen a higher plan especially if both have ads. So disrespectful & conniving to put your hands into other ppls wallet

While I truly love BET+, it has way too many problems for the cost. When I am trying to enjoy a movie, it starts buffering, and it will start over from the beginning. Most of the series that are on is not updated to the latest episode. Currently, I am trying to watch "Who's cheating who" and it is buffering, stopping and starting over. It is very, very frustrating when you pay your money and can't enjoy what you pay for.

This is more about the service. Unsubscribed as soon as I subscribed, non-refundable. I subscribed through Amazon initially but newer episodes were locked. Silly me, thinking getting a subscription to BET+ would allow me to continue watching the show. Unfortunately, that didn't happen so I WASTED money. If you intend to subscribe because you wanted to continue a show that had episodes locked, research to make sure you can actually watch it on here. No option to remove payment method either.

Paid for subscription to watch Sistas. Only to find out it only goes up to season 7 episode 11. There's 22 episodes. It logs me out all the time. It plays a million ads. App closes. Won't play on my TV. This is horrible. Kept saying the video is unavailable but would play if i closed and reopened it. Canceling my subscription. Fix it.

Definitely needs 0 stars. Too too too many ads. It should recognize when it just play them but it goes right back to it when you skip. Also tons of crashes, tv, tablet, phone, ect. takes away the enjoyment of whatever it is you're trying to watch. Not worth the trouble when you have to many other apps with zero issues. customer service was useless🙄
