No longer works. It used to have all the information listed. I logged in last night, and it said no router connected to the . Now I can't even . It just says something went wrong try again later. I reinstalled the app but still broken. Fios experience has been less than average. Updated I am able to . If there is an outage, there should be something on the app, not just try again. My TV & internet were fine at the time.

Can't provide a Zero stars, or I would. Installed this app today, and it absolutely will not load. I just get a spinning black wheel and never get to a screen, home screen, or anything else. C'mon, Verizon. This is a brand-new app, and it doesn't work. Did your developers/QA actually do any functional testing before releasing this junk? :-(

App is down. Can't . Forced to upgrade legacy boxes to this wireless nonsense and now nothing but problems. I have lost count of how many times I had to and/or troubleshoot my equipment. This service is a disaster.

App will not connect to device, says it's offline, which it obviously is not. It is working perfectly fine for all devices. When talking with verizon rep she said they have alot of issues with the app and it will not connect to devices. So frustrating.

Messed up most of the devices in my home. Cannot use the faster parts of my Verizon router without major problems. Changed back to original settings. Certain devices will get the faster speed. IT team is working on this issue.

Great app I have multiple modems I've been an arguments with their company but I've also worked for Verizon My brain works above and I'll go levels I would recommend it their internet but make sure you install your own security because they're home internet does not have built in security so you have to have security security programs and and follow me to recommend more apps lol they told me to feel in words so I'm just feeling in words and I've had to speak to Verizon many times lol

The app is usually slow and sometimes glitchy. I also don't know if I trust the speed tests because it will read that I have high speed perfect Internet even when my Internet has an outage.
