I used to give 5 scores after I found when I had a problem and needed help. I ed via chat in application. I have to wait for a very long time and there is no answer from any staff. Actually, I would like to give half of 1 star. 1 star is too much

The latest update broke the app. It now takes 3 or more tries to get the app to load, and even then, many of the options don't work

When choosing between AIS and True, I would definitely go for the former one. True needs to improve both the quality of the Internet and the quality of its service centres.

This application and True backend services are very unreliable. Most of the time you'll get an error while doing a payment and you have to call the credit card company to check whether the payment was completed or not. This app and the backend services of this app need a serious quality improvement. Now it looks like a very sloppy piece of software. Update Oct 2018: I updated to the new version and the app has got even worse. 9 times out of 10 I get request time out with the server. The bills screen shows only total amount but nothing happens when you press more details. So the app has gone from bad to completely useless. The developers seem to lack the knowledge of how to build a reliable and responsive system. Additionally, the new version requires permission to know your location. This doesn't make sense if you only want to check your usage and pay bills. An app should not require more permissions than required unless True wants to track the location of their customers.

First off, it fulfills its main function for me just fine: I can pay my True mobile and internet bills with it and track my sata usage. However, the app is overflowing with ads, offers, discount notifications, banners to an absolutely ridiculous amount. For this incredibly distracting and confusing and annoying design and financial choices, I deduct 4 stars from my rating. Wouldn't give zero as I said, I can pay my bills with it.

Very bad UX. App UI is very confusing. Cannot customer service. Balance is deducted automatically without buying anything. Not suitable for foreigner.
