Connectivity issues Still not resolved First off I want to say that I never had an issue with this app befor til like 2 weeks ago when using the app on my mobile device. It's not just a specific show but all of them. Even my mobile device is running on cellular, the app loads fine but none of the shows. It says "cannot stream because of zipcode", so I turned on my location but that didn't work. When my phone is running off wifi, the app won't load but the shows will. Now the app does not work.

Wonderful app. From the picture quality to accessibility of different telenovelas all top notch, except the fact that I find it difficult to switch the subtitles to English. I'd really love for you guys to look into it because not everyone who loves Telemundo series can understand Spanish. Please do something about it as soon as possible, thank you.

Great content, ridiculous number of ads, you can't rewind without having to watch up to eight ments every time!. Of course you need the ads to make it profitable but it's just not worth it. The app runs poorly, sometimes stops, sometimes goes on and on even overnight. Runs with sound delay. Technology is behind other services, learn form Hulu!.

Too bad it doesn't work properly! It will stop at any given moment with a message saying "something is wrong" and proceed to kick you out. Sometimes it won't let you watch all the episodes and will skip through some of them, just won't cast them to the TV. When it finally does cast to the TV, It continuously gets interrupted by other series that I have no interest in watching. In multiple occasions I have cleared all the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work!

Horrible app, it works at the beginning and than it stopped working. Started getting an error message when trying to view episodes of a certain show. I send a message don't know if received due no have any feed back. This app is a joke, is said a run out of data but my phone service haven't, they ask for my wifi provider and even though still give me the same error message. BIG 👎

Between the repeated targeted commercials and the issues with the app (loss of volume, skipping, going back to previously watched episodes, this app is horrible)! At a minimum @telemundo provide the option to not see ads! Very possible this won't be an option as it's not about viewership but instead about how the $$$....

Hey, so is there a reason why I have reinstall the entire app if I want to the Live TV option to pop up? Even though I have a cable subscription, the "En Vivo" option dissapears after using it once or twice and I have to reinstall the entire thing just to get it to show up again. Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Location is on, cable is approved - what else do I have to do?

The reason I ed this app was because I wanted to watch episodes "LIVE" when it was being transmitted on "LIVE TV". Even after g into my TV provider the LIVE Function doesn't even work. Seriously what's the point of adding such an option for people to use when it doesn't at all. I'm not the only one who experienced this, others have mentioned in their reviews the same issue. The developers should take into consideration these types of issues/ & try to please fix them.
