It works fine for ~1-2 hours, then disconnects, and the activity logs disappear when this happens so I can't review and see if anything happened externally. I'm already at work by the time this happens so there's no way to fix it unless I go all the way home (30 mins away). Unfortunately Barkio has become almost entirely untrustworthy due to this. It's never been 100% perfect, but it used to be reliable at least. Very disappointed.

This app is great. It has many features and was helpful when I adopted two puppies in February. I loved the trial version enough to subscribe and found the subscription to be very affordable for what you get. However, I needed something with night vision and the old cellphone I was using didn't have that capability so I had to break down and purchase a webcam. Previously I would turn my home lights on remotely, but it was becoming a hassle. Sometimes I just don't have those extra seconds.

It's okay. I think there are better apps. I wish I could set what frequencies it picks up. It constantly tells me my dog is being noisy when it's just the jingle of his collar. Lowering the sensitivity then doesn't pick up his barking. Which makes the notifications just really annoying and constant. The 'just hearing sound' mode is cool but immediately turns off when my screen turns off or I open another app. It needs to stay active, that's the whole point. Might as well stare at the video.

So glad I found this app, it works great! And they just launched a Windows PC version, which has worked great for me too. I'd tried using PetCube previously but the camera was never unreliable and kept losing connection. This app is great, I purchased the version and think its a fair annual price.

Love this! I have a parrot and love that we can interact with each other. We can see and talk with each other while i'm away! This makes things easier for me and i'm not so worried anymore. You can use this for all kinds of animals! But my front camera from my phone is actually a bit zoomed in, maybe add an option to zoom out? I do have to hold my phone far away from me so you can see my whole face. Its still a 5 stars from me!

Great idea, needs more tweaking. Love the ease of this and how you're enabling monitoring without the cost of other expensive equipment. Unfortunately it's a *huge* battery drain on phones (drains mine to low battery within an hour ) and unless you're keep the screen of the app open, it seems to 'check out' and then reconnect, so no way too know if it's monitoring. Please work on battery drain and keeping the app open and on. I'm not sure about the sensivity suitability yet but will feed back.

I have to give this app 4 star. Even though it stopped working on my way to my vacation, the customer service was stellar. They tried really hard to fix the matter and answered my email fast. I understand that bugs can happen and with this system it is almost impossible to trouble shoot until I get back home to the Dog Station. And for the time it worked it was really good. I could see my cats play and listen to any suspicious noises. I strongly recommend!

This is a great app, works better than some of the actual pet cams, at a cheaper price and without annoying hardware to set up. My only problem is that the background monitoring is so hidden away. I like to use background monitoring at night while my phone is on charge. But I don't need that during the day at work, notifications are perfect then. So it means I have to trawl through 3 settings screens twice a day. If you put this option in an easy location, it would make this a 5⭐ app for me.
