Compared to other screen translating apps, this is the best option so far since you can keep using it without limit (just that sometimes they'll pop ups adds). However, after you use it too much, it'll start loading the translation reallllyy slow.. quite disappointed since I play Japanese games often. I had to wait a few hours (or use it the next day) just so it loads faster, hope there's a way to fix this..

It's not the prettiest solution, but it does what it promises to do, with a reasonable translation per ad ratio imo. The other app I tried had you go back to "earn" translations after your "free" translations ran out, but this one just generates an ad every 7 or 8 screen translations, which can be closed in reasonable time without that tiny or fake x either. It's a minor inconvenience that I'm perfectly willing to accept from a free app.

It's a very good app but however it has a few issues. However those issues are quite common amongst apps like these. *WARNING* This app feature must be turned off before you turn off your device! Failure to do so may result in your device turning on and off, a prompt will pop up asking whether or not to do a factory reset, and potentially lock you out of your phone basically forever. (Because on and off loop) It does have disruptive ads I wish were less intrusive and maybe options to reduce it

4 stars for previous version but 2 stars for new update, it's not good at all. Old - after drag and crop, there will be a pop-up showing compare text (original language and translation). I can copy text. New - after drag and crop will auto translate (translate not good) and I must click in text again for pop-up showing compare text but text not same original language. Also, if I want to turn off the active button, I have to open the app again.

Thanks! Please we want full option setting that can be changed as we wish and in a helpfull manner. In this app double tap option doesn't work correctly, and after single tap meaning come somewhat slowly. No matter slowly coming. accidetly when we touch screen anywhere, the meaning annoyingly disappear. The app joke at us. It is very useless . So..If it is remain untill we double tap anywhere on the screen it is most helpfull for us to select and find the most essential meanings of those words.

I had to go through about 6 different translation apps to find one that I could use without to much difficulty. This one really is the best 1 I have found. Fairly easy to use. Doesn't crash often and is reliable. The new updates set it back a little, but you can make changes in the settings. Folks that bad reception can result in poor or no translation.

Newest updates ruined this app completely. Before it was a really neat way to quickly get text from games that I couldn't understand and at least clipboard them somewhat. Now it barely even recognizes the text and has a default full screen translation that is nowhere near as precise as the previous one once was. What are the devs thinking? It worked like a charm beforehand, all text capturing modes they had. I don't even mind ads if it app worked like usual. I'll just get my dictionary next.

Fundamentally it works really well and it's rather good for machine translations and I understand not all translations will be perfect. The only reason I don't rate it higher is every so often it takes forever to translate and about a handful of times now it caused my phone "Samsung galaxy note 8" to freeze up so bad It literally will not respond to any command for about a minute or 2. All that being said other than some minor issues it proves useful for what I am using it for
