I love this app. I like the variety they have. I used to do my flexibility training on my own but this makes it so much easier because I don't have to come up with my own training plan anymore. I was stuck with my front splits and the training I got through the app was the key to finally get my front splits fully down to the ground. I feel way closer to my body now. 😌

There seem to be some technical issues. For the first few days, the ap would frequently stop playing and go back to the home screen in the middle of a video. Now, it won't load my progress or load any videos. (It's not an issue with my internet because everything else is functioning fine.) I enjoyed the videos and stretches while it worked and hope that it's an easy fix so that I can continue to use it. But to pay 20 dollars and then not have it work properly is frustrating.

This is a great app. It has been useful in helping me to get back into stretching regularly. The exercises are easy to follow and the overall design of the app is nice so far. Also super responsive and friendly customer service, who helped me resolve a bug issue. I rated 4 stars only because there is still room for improvement but I absolutely love this app.

I've been using the app for a year now.. I like it a lot.. However I never managed to complete any of the challenges or any of the scheduled 30 days training. I couldn't commit as I found 6/7 days of stretching a bit much. Also I have noticed that if I pause the video for any reason and then go back, the voice is going forward.

I don't enjoy videos with the blonde girl. She takes a long time to explain the pose and by the time she starts counting reps I've already done a lot or held the pose for longer, which makes me get tired sooner. She sometimes takes a long time to start the next exercise which makes the class less fluid. I've used this app since 2016 on and off and the classes with this girl have been in the app since that time. I think it's time to update those classes, especially for the higher fee we pay now.

I've only been using StretchIt for 4 days. So I can't attest to the progress I've made. What I like, is the variety I get in exercises. I'm not bored. I signed up for the 30 day splits challenge online, and have been following the schedule I was given. What I didn't like was figuring out challenges are only available for Android if you online, and you can't set a start date. The challenge programs seem to be the way to go if you want classes nearly every day. The regular classes will only occur every few days, otherwise.

Has potential to be a great app but there are some bugs that need to be fixed. I love the variety of videos, but the app takes FOREVER to load. By the time a video pops up I'm already disinterested and busy doing something else. I timed some of the videos and some took 7 minutes to load, 1 time it took 10 min. Not sure if its just Andriods or my phone, but I'm not satisfied with the wait time. Especially when I'm trying to stretch post workout and have limited time in the gym.

I have always been very athletic and flexible, however recently during covid I developed some unhealthy eating and drinking habits. STRETCHIT is so easy and amazing I'm getting back to myself and it feels fantastic! My sister has not ever been flexible, she would often cramp up if she tried to stretch with me. I would tell her how great stretching is for your body but it was just too difficult. Now she follows the easy-to-use videos and is finally making some encouraging progress.
