Very unfair and misleading I tried it for a few days. Paid around £7. They say if you're not satisfied you will be refunded. It wasn't suitable for me because I am disabled and it wasn't adaptable. They offered a "free year subscription", which is useless as I can't do most of the exercises. You can't design your own routine. I've emailed multiple times and they've still refused to refund. I feel cheated and disconnected. I've reported it to trading standards as it feels suspicious.

This app takes 2+ minutes to open. I agree the variety in the sessions is lacking. Variety keeps us motivated. The endings need work, very abrupt. Simple, farewell would help a lot. As for the AI sounding voice, meh. Still working through the various sessions. Happy to up the stars with improvements.

I love this app. I had been looking for something. Anything, really, to help me get stronger. My job doesn't allow for traditional exercises. It's so friendly! You pick what you want to do when you want to do it. Along with difficulty level. I use the regular daily plan and the challenges. Specially the flat belly challenge. I'm 46 years old and my nieces friend told her they need to work out where I do because I'm "ripped" Best compliment ever.

My first was negative, as I didn't think the app worked , I received an email straight away explaining I might have a 3 min wait for the app to start, Now I know this I have no problems, your customer service is very fast and efficient. I'm now very impressed and am enjoying daily workouts , picking what I want, and when hence the 4 star rating. Thank you .

Overall, I really like this app. It seems pretty true to the difficulty levels. There are a few little technical glitches that they could improve, like the foot stretch sequence is WAYY too long and drawn out. Also, the final few poses can get jumbled. For example, your in relaxed pose for 10 seconds, then up to mountain pose for 5 seconds, then back down to relaxed pose for 15 seconds. I don't think that's intended, but a tech bug. All that said, I recommend this app and I use it daily.

**Obviously, developer does read reviews, I did not praise the app for variety, it is lack thereof. Taking down to 2 stars.** If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would. As far as an easy to use app goes, it's fine. As far as variety goes, I give it a meh. The 7-minute Morning and Flat Abs routines have a good amount of variety, but the somatic yoga has been the same exercises for 7 days. Also, the exercises in the video don't always match the exercises in the list.

Lots of options in this app. The poses are demonstrated and explained clearly... the instructions are voiceovers that are a bit robotic/stiff with some strange wording, like AI translations into English, but it works well for me! I don't like too much chatter when I'm trying to hold a pose. I like the options of super short and longer practices so yoga can fit into any length of gap you have in your schedule. I appreciate the practice options that focus on particular parts of the body, too.

Great for beginners. I have never done yoga and am out of shape. It starts slow and fairly easy. By the end of the 1st month, it seemed like it was dragging because I was ready to advance to intermediate. Here, the transitions flow better, but each pose is still explained in detail. You are always reminded to engage your core, to breathe, and to check your posture. I can already tell a difference in my balance and flexibility. Oh, and there is no pain!
