I'm not happy. I installed this to put on Remy & Boo because YouTube TV doesn't offer it on-demand. I logged in with my TV provider and the front page said there are 80 episodes, but the show page only has clips. In the Settings menu there is a Subscribe button, so I thought I had to do an additional paid subscription because my TV provider wasn't enough. That's fine. But when I tap "Subscribe Now", the app takes me to a blank page with no letters or images. I'd literally pay to make this work!

I can watch all my favorite shows. Ever since I was a kid I watch TV shows like the chika show and terrific trucks and Barney and all that good stuff. So I really like universal kids. /sprout teaches kids to learn new things.

App is not worki g correctly. I sogned in through my cable which is Spectrum. No shows are working. Says invalid certificates. When going to settings it does not show a profile likenother apps. You got to create and it is not setup to do anything. Emailing does not work also. Please update app and get someone to monitor your google play rating and email. Thank you.

1. I ed this app hoping to see ALL of he old sprout shows like The Goodnight Show with Nina and Star, The Sunny Side up Show, and Noodle and Doodle but I was left disappointed when I only saw the Chica show and Barney(which are great by the way) 2. There is no full episodes of the shows you do have and you can't see all the shows. You can make the app better by creating 2 sections( Old- Sprout and New- Universal Kids). Both sections should have ALL of the Shows and a few FULL episodes.

6 June 2021: App logged me out & cannot anymore. Don't even get to TV provider options grid but instead get "Cannot process sign in request". Knowing they will likely respond blaming ME DirecTV, I signed out of 4 network apps I subscribe to & relinked ALL 4 no problem. So, DEFINITELY a Universal Kids app issue. Don't tell me to email, READ 28 May 2021: Worked great but I try putting a show on & says, "No return from UPDA" (or something) OR "expired auth token" (coding/programming error)

I need help with the app but the us link in the app takes me to an undeliverable email address. The application has our cable company 'Breezeline' listed to authenticate access but it doesn't direct us to the and takes us back to the homepage. Can't use the app and can't . Please help?

Guys, it doesn't exactly crash on me (thankfully) but you could make a small adjustment: since we switched our Cable Provider (none of the ones in the app btw), we couldn't get the channel, which is why I got the app. Can you please make it to where I don't have to sign in? I tried to read more about an episode but I had to sign in to do it. Also, I can't watch anything on it either

Not everybody has a cable provider and they require a cable provider for me to be able to play any of these shows for my kid and when I tried to email to let them know that I think that's a stupid thing and they need to change it their email address is not real I would have given this zero stars if I could have.
