Extremely convenient with a nice interface, but missing a few features that would make it excellent. My biggest annoyance is that I receive push notifications, but attempting to open them does not open the app. Also, there was approximately a month where Single Sign-On was just inexplicably broken. It has been updated and fixed since then.

Good app overall. 2-star with current issue. I don't know when it started, but the app crashes when replying to a ticket. I'm not sure if it's related to character length or time in the response. I can send a short reply, but with anything over a few sentences, the app freezes up and needs closed. My workaround is to type the response in another app and then paste it into the ticket. It can still freeze up but I'm able to post the reply. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Android 12

While I am a long time of Samanage/SWSD, the app has always, and still leaves alot to be desired. Simple functionality like linking configuration items to incidents, seeing what incident a task is associated with(incident number isn't anywhere on the task and view "source" button does not appear to work) and being able to see the inventory still isn't included in the app version. If seeing, asg, and closing tickets is what you're after, this is sufficient. Not more outside of that.

I am going to uninstall this app because there are no notification options at all. I have access to numerous different ticket groups and only need notifications from one group. There is not even an option to turn notification off let alone manage notifications per group. Hopefully this is a feature added on the near future.

Costat issue with inconsistent notifications. Some days I will get notifications when tickets get created and other days I don't. I have had this issue across multiple devices and have check led battery saving settings, notification setting and everything else with no luck.

There's no way to create tasks within tickets and notifications don't always sound. It would also be nice if the notifications could actually be audible, using something like Google Assistant to read out the notifications from SWSD, along with an alerting sound

For over 6+ months the notification have been broke. Constantly turns off all notification so I never get notified. I have reinstall the app multiple times and still junk. Please get this fixed. Everyone in my IT group experiences this issue

New update is nice, but a simple oversight makes it useless. Most of my s send screenshots of their errors. You cannot zoom in on screenshots by tapping or any touch gesture. Please add and I will update my review.
