Very good security camera for outside use. The only flaw I can speak on is the motion detector isn't as effective if used as an indoor camera mounted by a window or glass door. For some reason the reflection causes the alarm and light features to malfunction, but I'd still recommend this product for anyone looking for inexpensive security cameras with great features.

I've had a subscription for 2 years. The alerts are slow and this is extremely bad. My car was broken into under the camera, didn't get the alert 13 min later. Now Vicohome is charging an extra fee to get the alert in real-time. Defeats the whole purpose of surveillance. This and constant AI issues with detection confusing water hydrant out front with someone walking by. When this subscription runs out, I'll be done with Vicohome. Equip. doesn't last either. Led and white light burned out.

I have to put the camera to sleep so the alarm doesn't keep going off when I'm working in the backyard but I always forget to turn it back on (I 100% NEED THAT ALARM ON IF I'M NOT IN THE BACKYARD) I wish I could just put the camera to sleep for an hour. That would be perfect. The schedule functionality does not meet this need. Please make this a future enhancement!!!

Has great pictures and battery but might as well turn them off at night because it rarely records any events unless it's literally under the camera and it's a well lit area. Also pay for sub and never records more than 30s at a time, sometimes 20s worth of video comes as 5 or more 3s-4s clips. My $30 Waze camera tracks and records up to 5 min clips day and night. Even my 6 year old arlo mounted beside it does a better job.

It was awesome for a couple months. Now it's not sending updates. It's not detecting motion at all. 10-15 minute lag when it does send notifications. Camera and app are up to date, this should not be happening. What exactly am I paying for here? *update* now it's also not charging. Can't rate the app is the product is garbage.

Used to be wonderful. I thought my internet was the problem. Got new internet and it didn't solve the problem. Got my internet tested. Nothing wrong there. The cameras disconnect constantly and often show an image from hours ago rather than live video. Basically useless. Edit: for the record I pay for the service :(

I used this app with a Qnine battery camera. App Vicohome refuses to run at all if it cannot its website/cloud computer through an internet connection, so if the company goes out of business or decides to stop ing the website then the camera is utterly useless. It is also useless if you're traveling and can't connect to the internet. For this camera the app only saved 8 of 28 motion capture events to the cloud, losing 3/4 of them. The SD card had them, but app can't read the SD.

In the app Ads keep popping up telling me to upgrade. That means there is no free version if I can't use my camera properly without interruption. Imagine using this for security to see if there is an intruder and an ad pops up. Even if I click on the do not record button I am not convinced that they are not still recording a copy for themselves that I can't access. I also can't only record and save to my onboard memory card. It is Cloud and card or nothing. (Except my suspicion above)..
