The first theft I've seen in my life; I bought a SIM card in April 2024 and it's now December, I still haven't received it and they say I have to pay again to send me the SIM card. not only pay, but also It's more expensive and doesn't come with the internet package that was available at the festival. If I don't, they won't send it under any circumstances.

I just lost 10gb of internet without a reason and their customer service didn't call me back to resolve the issue they said they added a ticket and will call back after 3 days I've received no call so far and I will never buy internet from shatel mobile again I am gonna continue using other sim card which is not shatel their customer service was the reason I lost 10 gb I called to cancell auto internet payment they cancelled my 10 gb i received no money and no internet worst internet provider
