Needs to be able to be used with a rooted device. We understand the risk when we root, and those of us who are capable of it are also more than capable of managing device security and permissions. Besides, rooting allows custom, stronger security anyway by removing bloatware. EDIT: Four years later and the app still won't run on a rooted device. Is the city's Public Works even listening? I know half the time the Council and Mayor don't. I did leave five starts for ads, the only one is EMSA care.

You can look at your bill, but can't the PDF. That means you can't print it. If I can't the bill on my phone, then I have to use a PC to do it. That makes the app useless to me. Huge oversight by the developers!

I actually like this app. I like it enough to write a review on it. It is the easiest way to pay my bill. Much better than the website.

Half of the time, this app is NOT working properly or not working at all.

Worst customer service (non existant). Last app was unusable. When they finally updated it kicked everyone off and locked many s out, especially an inconvenience to paperless bill and autopay customers. They did NOT notify me or any other s they need to re-, just let them wake up with no water one day. Now in my situation of a duplicate payment, they say they will send a check within the next two weeks?! A check?! My advice: delete the app and just mail them a check.

Can't to site, can't to mobile app. Only get a site under maintenance error. Had to create new on the new platform to begin with which is odd those couldn't be migrated, took 16 hours to get confirmation email for said . Fix it. Update 2 months later: Things started working, auto payment feature is nice so I don't have to to do anything. Awful launch, hopefully things continue to get cleaned up and stabilized.

My review is more for our H2O service and not so much on the app. Called about having my service transferred from my old address, where I'd lived for several years, to my new address. I'd always payed my bill. Even when lots people fell behind on their bills due to Covid, I always made a conscious effort to pay my bill in full. Imagine my surprise when I was asked to pay a $125.00 deposit. I'm 52 yrs old & on a fixed disability income..so yeah. **But I'll pay it, we always do... don't we.
