Generally an ok app, but having major connection issues with my S22+ and Watch 7. Randomly it becomes unpaired from my phone. The only way to pair it again is to completely reset the watch. It's an incredible pain. Why can't it just pair without resetting every few days?? This has happened weekly since I got the watch at the end of January. It did not happen with my previous Galaxy watches.

Something broke in this app. It started to ask for notification permission, but there is no way to give this permission. Now I don't get any notifications on my phone. Also, when I'm in the app and press "connect" to watch it never does. Just keeps "connecting" forever. When I press "watch setting" - the app just crashes. Can you finally fix it? My watch have been a useless piece of ... for a few weeks now.

Almost a great way to find watch faces for my galaxy watch. BUT my eyesight is bad. I am always touching the watch faces in the app expecting to see the watch face in a larger image, let me see the options, read about it. But no. Touching a face installs it to the watch. So I still don't know what it really looks like, and am repeatedly uninstalling watch faces that got installed by accident. Frustrating if you don't have perfect eyesight of a large screen on your phone.

Google assistant suddenly stopped making phone calls or sending texts from watch. Nothing in the app to allow me to delete GA so I can reinstall. Only 'disable' which does nothing to fix. My watch is now useless because I can't voice a call or text out. Brand new watch with glxy s21ultra. Also, I went into this app and selected a bunch of photos to cycle through as a screen saver. Hit 'ok' and nothing happened. None of the photos cycle through on the watch. Does this app even work at all?!

I don't know where else to leave this so I hope the review will catch someone's attention. The most recent update for Galaxy watch to OS 6 has made it incompatible with YouTube functions. I can no longer rewind or skip forward on videos through YouTube and the media manager as a whole is slow to respond (Play/Pause, Volume Control, etc). This review will stand until these issues are addressed & my watch performs closer to how it did when I first activated it.

Great for consoling and updating samsung watches. lots of options to customize watch and apps on watch. Most annoying part is app is unusable unless I enable notifications! I don't need notifications from this app at all and shouldn't be forced to turn them on just to use the app. Would use something else if I knew of other options.

Horribly inconsistent experience. The app requires different plugins for each galaxy device but these plugins are often broken. Currently I can't even use the app to control my Galaxy watch because it thinks I need to update the plug-in for my Galaxy buds. Nevermind that when it forces me to go to the play store, everything is up to date. The app refuses to work entirely, for absolutely no reason. Complete junk.

Unfortunately it is just garbage right now. It will drop your watch every few days and nothing short of resetting the watch can bring it back. Transferring does not work, restarting phone and watch doesn't work, clearing caches doesn't work. They supposedly fixed this known bug months ago but if you search it's still very present for a lot of people. Having to reset your watch every 3-4 days is an absurd ask and the software should have been rolled back to before this bug.
