The Insight Salon and Spa Tablet App allows you to connect remotely from your Android device to your Insight data at your business.*

This app allows you to do things such as:
- View any of your appointment book from your device

this app is extremely SLOW and always pops up with a window saying "insight isn't responding" every 2 seconds while the app is open. I also am unable to press any back arrows or checkmarks, making the app currently useless to me since we had to change our host number and I can't confirm the change. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to ensure the latest version and I'm still having these issues. I just want to see my schedule!

I am also having an issue with my app taking forever to load. It will show a message that the app isn't responding as noted by other reviews. I have a Google pixel and the home key covers any buttons to book any appointments. Super frustrating can this please be fixed!!!???

This all is terrible since the newest update. I have a Google pixel and since they updated, the screen size goes beyond what it should and the camera on my phone sits right on top of the employees names meaning I cannot change the employee to book appointments. It's incredibly frustrating and I may have to give up on insight if there's not a fix soon.

Recent update has made the screen to large and I can't book anything or look at any people's profiles. It's been like this for over a month. So annoying. Just read more reviews like this from 2019. Guess they're not looking to fix the issue. Too bad.

Not compatible with my pixel 8. Constantly crashes but in the rare occasion it does work, the controls are under my phone menu and camera so I cannot push any of them. Pretty useless for anything except looking at my schedule.

Worked fine before. Now all of a sudden I can't check days or add client or go back or anything because everything is at the edge of the screen where you can't click on it.. like fine I can see how my day is but that's it...

Was never the best app in looks OR controls, but at least I could navigate it (although it's clunky) but recently, with the new Google update on my phone, I can't use the "Confirm" and "Add client" buttons because they're along the bottom of the screen, underneath where my phone display has the "back" and "home" keys. So now it's completely useless to me until that crucial bug is fixed

It seems to work great on iPhones, but is poorly configured for my Google Pixel 3. I cannot book appointments, or special breaks, or change appointments because all the navigating tools are underneath my phone's navigating tools at the bottom of my screen. The app doesn't rotate to landscape mode, and I can only see one day of my schedule at a time.
