This fun and fascinating app will guide your observations of Hawaii’s ocean animals from giant whales to tiny corals: Fish, Mammals, Birds, Reptiles and Invertebrates -- every animal you are likely to encounter! With this app you will be able to identify what you see in nature and to find out about amazing animals to look for. You can learn and search the names of the critters in three languages: English, Hawaiian and scientific.

Each critter has a unique story written by our biologists, reef guides and mermaids. These descriptions will entertain and inform you of its habits, habitats and history in Hawaiian culture. Additionally, you will find information on how you can safely visit the reef and be a protector of the sea.
