Either this app malfunctions or KURV is the problem . Right now 2 things are playing over each other. When it is normal, one thing will be so low you can't hear it. You turn it up and when the next thing comes on , it's super loud. When changing over to a new show it'll play an ad or article over again and again in a 10 sec loop. It's crazy . Just use I heart already. And don't bother replying with your canned responses. Jeez.

UPDATE 5/14/2022: The problem with the commercial interruptions has been fixed. Nice job! Now I have three other issues (probably only one of them is your fault): . 1. Sometimes the app gets into a loop; it will run the same 10 seconds over and over until someone decides to fix it. This can take several minutes, and the program was enjoying will have moved on by the time it is fixed. I blame this problem on Radio Para Mi. 2. Sometimes I hear only dead air. Since this usually happens during the Houston sports games, I assume this is a contractual thing, and not your fault. I would be nice, however, if you could run a rebroadcast of an earlier show at this time. 3. I occasionally (rarely) hear commercials only in Spanish. Since KURV is an English language radio station, I think it is kind of strange, and I do not hear these commercials on the actual radio station. This is not really a problem, but it may not be the best use of your advertising dollars. And I don't believe it is interrupting a broadcast. I have increased my rating to four stars (from the original three) because you are obviously working on solutions to reported problems. ORIGINAL POST: Radio Para Mi performs well when I listen to 710KURV, but keeps interrupting the broadcasts with commercials. These interruptions occur without warning in the middle of news reports, movie reviews, and other shows. They even interrupt the radio station's commercials. It is frustrating! Please fix this or explain why you are doing it.

When I'm listening to 710 KURV the commercials abruptly pop in during the middle of the program and interrupts the program I was listening to. Its really annoying since it cuts off the program and then when it comes back, you missed a good 2 or 3 minutes of what was being said. Honestly the only reason I have this app is because I can't get a good signal in my area off the air so I play this through my car's bluetooth.

have a very difficult time opening it on Alexa, constantly tells me can't find it! opens with a very loud introduction and closes with another not introduction obviously but a different volume. stops just for the heck of it on my phone and I, have to restart it. many Sundays there are long minutes and sometimes hours of dead air! when it does work it works really well

When listening to the program at a moderate volume, the ads the news and the promotion of the radio station is three to four times louder which literally means it is screaming. Also there are a number of times when my Alexa says that 710 kurv is not available in the middle of the day. Someone needs to moderate this station on the weekends especially and fix the volume problem and connection problems.

I love the Laredo stations but I can't listen on the app. It cuts off all the time. I have to close the app and reopen it but won't go 5mins without any interpretation. Please fix .

Buffering the last few months has been really bad on two different phones, a J87 and Galaxy S21 5G. I really like the stations but the app is basically unusable for me. Please, please get it fixed. ☹

Terrible service. Can't even listen to a station without ADs every 10 min. The ADs are longer than the Radio Air Time. Everytime something good is coming out in the Radio station an AD have to come out. Just not good.
