I love the app, but to certain KFC locations they refuse to add my points citing my app is acting up, or its timed out, it's out of date, its saying not found, etc. Idk why they're doing it but it's very frustrating .

Update: Once you get used to the process it is a pretty good app. Customer service was helpful with my issues. Inconvenient app. Only way to earn points is by scanning on phone. If you forget or the cashier doesn't scan before paying you miss out on points. Not sure if the rewards are worth the trouble.

I used to love this app, however the new update is trash and very inconvenient, I didn't see anything wrong with the old way of scanning the barcode ourself from the receipt. You have to think about ppl who send others to purchase food for them and they're looking forward to their receipt. I have a suggestion maybe keep both options available, because this new update ain't it sorry! Don't inconvenience everybody because careless people lose their receipts.

This app was very beneficial. However, I do not like the the app sorry. Lost out on 2 receipts yesterday because it was not fully explained and I thought I could add the barcode later. Please inform customers that they must use their device while ordering. Also train employees to ask customers if they have dining rewards before cashing out. Thank you

I just recently installed this app and I'm wondering how beneficial it really is. Earned over 8000 points and the reward was about $2. I've also read some of the other reviews and I have similar issues such as not being able to scan my receipt if they forget to let me scan. I've noticed that BDR hasn't responded to any of these reviews. Customer's concerns should matter and be addressed.

I used to love the app. Quick easy and sufficient. The new update however I can live without. Please consider going back to the previous way of scanning, it was much better than the new update. I'd love to keep this app on my device if you consider going back to the old way or updating it again to offer both options. If not I'll have to say goodbye to the app.

This app is not working 😭. It was working quite find until after a few days ago when I tap the app, it would come on and load, however the loading never finished. The app just cuts off. Fix this please!
