At first, the app worked really great. Then, after a few updates it stopped working correctly. Every time I try to , it tells me my name and are wrong (it isn't). When I try to recover/change my it wants to send me links to my email or phone but it never does. When I do finally managed to change my , it still says my name or are incorrect. I've had to pay my bill through their text messaging service as I have been unable to to the app.

When I first installed the app worked great. Then after the updates it stopped working like it did before. When I sign into my it tells me my name and are wrong, then wants me to both by a code they send to your email or text. And when I put the code in it still doesn't work. They should've left it alone, it worked perfectly. I could pay my bill on time without any problems. Unlike now. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I originally added 3 checking s to the app under "PAYMENT METHOD." One of the s is now closed. When I tap on the garbage can icon next to the to delete it, I get the response, "SUCCESS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD HAS BEEN DELETED." The remains on the list of payment methods, however. Other than that, no problems with the app.

Requiring MFA for an app is pointless when the IMEI and other digital tokens (like biometrics) are used for authentication. What is the point of having the app when it is no longer a shortcut? Additionally, all 3 (e-mail, SMS, and phone call) are required for initial setup. What about people who are hard of hearing? There is no way to by the phone call option and no phone call alternative. This is prohibits those with disabilities from using this app.

I just installed this app. It took an hour, and I'm STILL not able to access my ! It keeps telling me there is an error, is incorrect, and then it mentions Long Island. I'm in New Jersey!!! This app sucks!!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR🤬 2/1/2024 I have now been using this app for a month. I just tried to update it, but it would not let me. It is WORSE than when I installed it. It thinks I live in Long Island when I live in New Jersey, has locked me out because it does not recognize me.

Terrible experience. Bill pay on second tab crashes whole app. Can't pay anything over 100 dollars. When trying to pay over 100, an error occurs saying that a negative number can't be used. Fingerprint scanning also lags the entire phone and cause full crash (phone needs to be restarted at this point). By far the worst billing app and need a full overhaul. Just use the web browser instead rather then this app.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Always says my is incorrect even though it's saves to the app. I have probably saved my payment on auto pay 5 times now, including using the telephone system because the app is so bad. Despite this, my frequently says I'm past due for payment. Fix your website and billing system! It's horrible!

For years I was hoping you would have an updated app. I love it. It looks very good. Everything is easy to find. Making a payment is quick and easy. The creators made it very friendly. I use so many apps nowadays and many of them have glitches, lag when you go to different screens or freeze. This app has smooth and quick transition. Most pertinent links are on the homepage. Thank you for taking the time in creating a good, important tool. I wish more apps were as good.
