Content is good, but the app is trash. For $20/month I would expect a better made app. It will not save where you left off in any video being watched. Phone goes to sleep, you lose your place. Back out of the video for any reason? Lose your place. It would be one thing if these videos were 30-60 minutes, but some of them are 8 hours long. Good luck getting your spot back. I got this app to watch the main event and was considering keeping my subscription afterwards, but not after this experience.

Bad app. Spend some money and get some good developers and maybe people wont be turned away by bad ui. I def won't stay subscribed as it's painful. E.g. when you watch a show and you want to watch the next episode, you need to navigate back to the root page then forward again to find it; no pick up from where you left an episode; often playback will just stop then you need to go back one page, then back again and manually find where you were to continue, etc etc.

Absolute worst streaming app ever. If you switch out of the app it will reset your progress on 7h+ vods. Doesnt have a popout player feature. Cant scroll the live chat cause it reset down as soon as a new message is sent. Sometimes videos will just be unavailable for no reason. The desktop version is a complete joke aswell. For that steep subscription price (more than disney plus, youtube ) you dont even get standard features of a video streaming service. This is very disapointing.

Edit: two years later still an issue. Going to settings doesn't fix it. For pokergo to still have this issue is so tilting. Original: Imagine watching a video laying down in 2021, and the orientation not even allowing you to do so. PokerGo. Was any testing done for this app? The fact that I can't lock at landscape or portrait and can't enjoy the content laying down on the side is atrocious. Get it together.

I assumed this would be showing a lot, if not all, of the games so we can switch between them. Actually, it's very limited with WSOP. I've been watching the Player Tournament for last 3 days & there are several other tournaments that have been going on but they do not have access too. Also, 2nd day in a row, I can't watch the highlights as the app stops and doesn't load. On tv app nor on phone app. Very poor. Update - this latter point has improved now, so I updated my rating from 1 to 3 🌟

App keeps crashing, wasted my money. Bought the one year subscription a month ago. I have yet to watch a full episode because the casting is choppy and every time I cast the app crashes. Don't waste your money! Update:. It's gotten worse! They updated during the main event and in order to watch, I have to open the app every five or so minutes to restart the feed. I have never felt so cheated by an app! GARBAGE, but poker fans have no other options😞

I love the content, but this app is garbage. Literally the least functional app on my S20. Videos crash frequently, and I have to close and relaunch the app to get them to continue. It doesn't save progress in videos or have a Playlist function. It frequently logs me out while I'm watching a video, then confuses me with a free and doesn't let me watch content (the same content I was watching minutes earlier). In about to seek a refund, this is terrible.

Frequent crashes on phone and FireTV. Just subscribed for the 1 year service and after one day am considering cancelling and getting a refund. Great variety and quantity of content, when the videos work they look great. BUT, whether I'm watching on my phone, on my FireTV Stick, or my FireTV Cube, the apps crash almost every time I try to select a video to watch. The only workaround I've found is if I add the video to "By Favorites" it will then play without crashing. Hopefully just bad timing.
