Idea is good, implementation got really frustrating bugs for children : 1) Several children with differents s, on same phone, things get mixed up and one of them got all the rewards and gift, while th other one doesn't see them in his inventory. 2) if parents give credits, the count of brushing is reset anyway.

After I gave a permission to improve the app (I was asked about that in the morning in the pop up message), the app stops opening. It crashes trying to open. I took this permission back in the settings, but it didn't help. And it's a real catastrophy for my child, we are going to lose the progress and all the items collected. If I reinstall the app, will the progress remain?

Please please please allow parents to give credit for any day at their discretion. Your app doesn't always log correctly, and on days that incorrectly have a few seconds of brush time, I can't fix it for my child. There's no point in restricting the ability to edit successful brush sessions. It's already code protected. Otherwise, it's a great app, but it makes my daughter cry that she's missing a few days she shouldn't be missing.

After latest update on 12.11.24 app stoped working. Xiaomi device. Also app doesn't have an option to export profile and import it to app on a new phone or just synchronise it with other device. Tried do export db with titanium backup but it doesn't work in new device

Been using this app for almost a year, it's super motivating for my kids. In the past few days the app won't work and keeps shutting down. I sent an email to Sonicare but no response. Please fix the app!!!

No ability to child pictures for profiles anymore. This is a much needed feature for multiple children who cannot yet read

My kids love this brushing app, but the technical glitches are a major pain point. The streak countdowns frequently reset to 0 for no apparent reason, even when we brush daily. This leads to tears and frustration. Additionally, it's incredibly frustrating that the sparkly profiles can't be transferred to new phones, forcing the kids to start all over again. These issues significantly detract from the app's overall experience.

Pros: Cute. Has lessons on brushing. Lessons can be skipped as needed. Can track brushing done manually. Can give credit days after event (most of the time). Con: Child did a second, touch-up brushing one night to tidy a couple of missed spots. It didn't require a full cycle, but the app only ed the partial cycle, which shows up as a missed cleaning. It will neither let credit be requested nor given. Suggestion: Allow parents to credit brushings without having to request credit first.
