Just got an app update since the outage this morning. Still doesn't show current or "recent today" outages. It shouldn't take more than 30 seconds! It annoyingly makes you tap through 4 pages of tutorial EVERY TIME you open the app! PG&E FFS, just copy and paste Puget Sound Energy's app/outage system. Theirs isn't perfect, but it works!

The app works flawlessly. It would improve the app if there was a way to include info for the person reporting. The aborist that came out had the location but that was all.

Wish it loads smothly while moving the map around. I don't like how it needs a whole 2 seconds to load the area. Everything else seems to work fine.

Tapping +Report crashes the app. Not usable at all. 1/24/2022: the latest version still crashes the same way.

It's not worth the battery or me.ory space. I'm trying to see the outage map. I can't find it. I'm trying to report, but I can't find the option either. Garbage app.

Doesn't work with my Samsung android. The app will not let me post the actual location of the issue, it only posts my home location.

Quick display of outage location maps.Recognition of your address outage reported and time frame for restart.
