Bad app. Doesn't indicate my contract termination date. It shows the discount effective date (which is longer than my contract. Why?). Doesn't have a complain/ option either. The CS reps didn't call me until my contract has already terminated, and termination requires months' advanced notice, despite I already emailed their sales team. Also doesn't allow cancellation online or by phone, must do so in person. A series of cheap tactics to stop me from switching.

It's 2024. You can't pay your bill using a credit card. Or Octopus card. It's not convenient at all. They promote this app so much in every email, I don't get it.

Rubbish app, always crashing. It keeps saying there's a bug and need to update. But even after updating the issue still persists. Might as well switch to other service provider.

It's amazing that they dare to release an app with 20% working rate without crashing integrated to a server with 30% up & available rate. And now they payment system even rejects my FPS without notice and causing bill overdue? Perfect :)

CHAT WITH TECHNICAL : App seems to hang. I was #1 in queue for 20 minutes. Could not go back or remove myself from queue. Re-attempt with same result. Resorted to dialing 1000. 15 minutes later, I had my booking for technician to visit.

Absolute dogshit app, and dogshit company. It should be criminal to even let such an abysmal stinking pile of septic rotting manure be listed on playstore, not only is the services atrocious, disconnecting time to time, this app also works 10% of the time.
