The app is not working, I can't watch any of the shows, a message of subscription activation keeps on popping up! When I click on active, another message pops up saying my subscription is already active?! And apparently the team can't figure out what is the real problem?! Sadly I have paid for a subscription that I haven't made any use of it!

Starzplay has the worst customer service I have worked with till date. They are absolutely unprofessional, don't provide any follow up and never resolve the issues you have. I have a technical issue, and can't watch anymore, I sent them a message since June and till date the issue is not resolved while they are charging me for the subscription. I am also subscribed to OSN, NETFLIX, PRIME and all of them have an amazing streaming service and . I just cancelled my subscription

Bad. Hoped to watch Big boss on free TV which is available on Mobile app but when purchased subscription and watching on smart TV the show isn't appearing!!!! Another problem is the buffering is too slow..it's annoying to wait for minutes to stream any show. Really 49 riyal per month is too expensive when the show you subscribed for isn't even appearing!

I have subscribed for one month and couldn't cancel it coz I paid through the website, the app doesn't show in my Google and it doesn't show in my subscription list ! I sent the team but they are not helping to cancel my subscription !

App is very bad. It charges on the spot but you don't get the service! It happened when i paid for subscription and later when I paid for add ons. Surprisingly, some movies you have to pay for even though with active subscription. There is no customer service phone, you have to write an email for and wait for some days to be resolved. Very very disappointed. I wish I didn't subscribe.

No notification for renewals and they auto charge obscene amounts via credit card with any authorization. No refunds, terrible customer service. Stay away.

App on Android TV and mobile wouldn't work on a very fast and very much working wifi connection. I had to stream my countrys match using mobile data.

It's frustrating that the video keeps buffering and won't load, preventing me from watching the live match. An error message indicates that my internet connection is unstable. Interestingly, I never encounter this issue when accessing YouTube videos or any other internet applications. This situation is incredibly annoying and frustrating.
