Excellent applicants, and smooth ti surf. Sometimes when the application is getting a new update, the "My Trip" section get rest,hence, all saved trips are gone and you need to enter them again. Currently with this version, even if you try to add them manually, the application doesn't take them. Kindly to Fix.

Checking in always has issues, that's if it's allowed in the first place. Interface is not friendly.

As a software product manager with experience in mobile apps, I find this app has not been built with "Jobs-to-be-done" in mind. For example, check-in, doesn't work for a business class flight from/to JFK-AMM-RUH. And no electronic boarding . You'll need to get to the airport 4 hours early to queue up & have the flight manually checked in with paper boarding es. Similar failure fails for basic tasks such as information about international connections upon arrival or on flight amenities.

So I changed my rating from one star to 5 stars! Yup, I'm surprised too! 😂 The app has been dramatically changed to the better. The finishing is great, UX is intuitive, and is feels good to use it so far. I like how you guys fetch a picture for the destination as a background, and I like the slider (carousel) too. Finally you did the revamp, and I can tell it's the app you should have. Keep the good work! 👍

Not as friendly as Delta or AA. Navigation done with upselling in mind vs consumer in mind. Simple example, trying to find out how to view seat selections and change my seat has been difficult! This is coming from a person that travels a lot with Gold status at both Delta and AA. Otherwise if you just want to view the booking and "buy" unneeded services then it's the app for you. Truly manage your booking, that's a different story.

it is really obvious that who develop the mobile applicatio has no clue er experience, its the worst I ever experience In my life slow you have to enter the details every time although it ask you would you like to save the information for next time and it doesn't do that not friendly for picking the country from drop down list no development at all since 3 yrs pathetic app 🙄 I don't recommend

The previous App was excellent. New version is slow, keeps hanging and I keep having to uninstall and reinstall which means I lose the saved trips. "If is not broken don't fix it"... clearly RJ doesn't know this saying.

The app is not responding, I asked to reset the , reinstall the app and I failed to , so every time I try to I get this message “End of entry at line 1 column 1 path $” which I don't understand it means. Unfortunately, no one responds and no one cares
