When this app works, it works well. But since it doesn't work the majority of the time, that is a moot point. The app can almost never function because it doesn't think there's a data connection of any kind, even if I can use every other app with data in the same session.

Tried to use app to submit a bulk trash pick up but error message kept popping up and wouldn't allow it to go through. Went to website and submittal was successful. Uninstalled this app and will re install to see if bugs have cleared up. Otherwise good app.

Useful as a city resident, alerts have been timely and non-intrusive. If there was a feature to note dangerous pot holes with a photo and GPS geolacation! Restaurant Sanitation Grades, and access to other useful public records in app, not a redirect. I would like to read my own water meter, request a large item trash pickup, etc... A portal to access services and also evaluate. Why does it take 5 city employees to dig a hole when 4 watch, are they human traffick cones?

Completely broken. App only opens with an error message stating you need to be connected to cellular network or wifi. However it does this everytime, even when you are connected to one or both.

I love this app, I lived in Virginia Beach for most of my life and was never aware of any app like this. This app is informative and extremely useful.

App doesn't open after install. Tried two times ing saying network error. Will uninstall.
