It ignored my entries! I tried twice but it responded with completely opposite results: I specifically entered Beef & Chicken- it only showed me seafood. Then I changed my dog's body type to Ideal, & it only showed me wet food. I'm not a dummy navigating apps.. I looked, clicked, swiped, etc, but nothing moved to show more options. Guess I'll go back to just Googling.

So far the app has been very beneficial. I've earned many points and redeemed a fair amount of rewards. I will note that he capture feature needs some work. It would be nice if you could take photos of receipts in sections if they are longer. It would be nice if the app evolved to allow scanning of emails or popular sites that sell pet products so the receipts can be ed automatically.

I've been able to save quite a bit of money. I could save even more if I could all my receipts. Purina app won't let me use my Vons digital receipts because they don't say Vons on top. I've got several paper receipts which required more than one photo ed. I've spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get the second or third one ed, the items and prices are shown. I've got a lot of receipts I've unsuccessfully tried to . Rejected . Oh well I saved about $60.

Update at bottom. I can't get it to open. I had an but I apparently didn't my , have tried numerous times to reset and it's not working. I can't get into the Purina Perks website, it showed website down. I haven't been able to points or do anything. Update: they reached out and fixed the problem. They even reinstated my points that I lost. I am using successfully now.

Probably the most difficult reward program I've dealt with. Can't files, only take pictures. Says I don't have a file browser - I have 2. Only tech help was to accept permissions - already done. Their own website, myfancyfeast, doesn't provide adequate receipts for their system. App appears to crop out the browser address bar when taking photos. Doesn't alert you when receipts rejected. Everything else about the app is great. Rewards themselves are great, activity suggestions, etc.

It started off great. Now when I scan a receipt it takes months to eventually tell me it's been denied. The scan feature is bad, when I attempt to scan the entire receipt it crops it off so only the top shows. I do enjoy getting the free products for my animals. And they love purina treats and food.

I just ed today and it seems ok. I have a few suggestions to make it better: 1) Have the ability to list/select pet's food allergies so those items don't get recommended 2) Have the ability to select which food you have your pet on so it ties to their profile 3) In the catalog, add a filter option to select things more meaningful to you or deselect items that don't apply (i.e. dog vs cat, toys, coupons, treats, etc) 4) Be able to link your online purchases to your (i.e. Chewy)

I love myPurina because the site is easy to navigate around. A little repetitive on having to put your address in every tim e you choose a coupon to be sent to you. But very well worth it because I save so much. If I were more knowledgeable I would do the digital, but I am ' old school'. I would rather have the coupons sent to me.
