TERRIBLE!! DON'T USE!! They had to refund my money for the first reservation I paid for because the rental place had no more cars left. Now I'm waiting on a second refund for my second reservation because even though the app said I could pay with a debit card, when I got to the rental place, the guy said they don't accept debit cards. Complete waste of time & money!!

They are a scam they make up false charges. I booked a rental last minute and it says that there is a cancellation fee. That's wrong because I went in to the car rental business and they said they don't charge for a cancellation even if it's one minute or even hours after if you didn't pick up the car you don't get charged that's what they told me face to face. They also told me it was booked through Priceline hmmmm I could have done that myself. I need a FULL REFUND NOW THANKS.

I recently tried to rent a car and everything went well until I had to Uber to the Dollar rental place where they wanted a credit card which I didn't understand because I was able to pay with a debit card...and so I wasnt able to get my rental and I wasn't refunded my money. That's so unfair considering after it said to pay with a debit card the next time.... That's straight bs. I'm out my money and didn't get the car rental. This feels like a scam...

Do not use! Incompetent people. No address is given for off airport car rental agencies. I had to ask airport information for help. Customer service sent me to the wrong rental agency and they didn't find my reservation. On top of that. My fintech flagged for fraud and didn't allow payment after I verified the merchant. I used another credit card that was flagged. That payment approved then I couldn't get an address of the rental company. Total waste of time and money. Up to 5 days to refund.

This app is a nightmare for anyone looking for reliable car rentals. I prepaid for a rental, only to be denied service at the pickup location because Carla failed to provide essential insurance details. Their customer service is slow, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. I ended up stranded and had to pay extra for alternative transportation. Carla’s lack of ability and poor coordination with rental companies make it a terrible choice. Don’t waste your money or time.

I made a reservation and the reservation was for unlimited miles. It didn't mention anything about having a 750 credit score or having a major credit card nor anything about a $500 deposit so I canceled the reservation. I would never recommend this place ever if I could give no stars I would.

I visited in person and got better deal . This app is the middle man to added charges and when my girlfriend went to look at the suv , she said It wouldn't fit the items we were transporting. we go back and change to a full size truck and since we put on credit card and have out own full coverage insurance, we were still charged $55.00 per day on a $21.00 Vehicle ,why ? because 30 min had ed and that they said it was a done deal. locked in price . Stupid rules
