We were excited to get this app going for our church, but find it a bit buggy. The main issue at the moment is that old events still show up on the events tab, (only on Android devices) even after they are past. (I even deleted them from our forms page where they were created, and they still show up.) Also, there has been confusion/frustration over the process of resetting s if someone logs out of the app. I am hoping to add some stars when this all flows better.

Please add auto closed captioning to livestreams for Deaf and hard of hearing. Also, while watching a livestream, if screen locks and audio/video stops, it does not resume playing the video once I unlock the phone. The only way for me to start the video again is by exiting the app and going back in. It's quite buggy in this regard. I am using Galaxy S22+.

Why was recurring swapped around with one time payment? What is wrong with the app display? It hurts my eyes and I don't know what I am clicking on.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1 time payment was swapped around with recurring payment. There is no way to cancel recurring payments and when I try to find a customer service number to call there is none. I tried to delete the card that is being used for these accidental recurring payments and the app is so "buggy" that it won't delete the card from the . I'm sure this is by design as this scummy company makes a commission off of every dollar spent. DONT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app represents a very disappointing and concerning change decision by my church. - The app colors make it nearly impossible to read the menu options. - The app is not compatible for use on my tablet - The app offers no record number or receipt of the transaction. - There are no provisions for accessing videos or ing for events as d, and - There is no way to send messages - only receiving messages is available.

Absolute garbage, accidentally selected recurring payment, no way to cancel that from a samsung phone. Cannot see history either. Will be recommending to the church that they find a different app.

I was really excited to implement this new app with the other integrations from Shelby, but I must say that I am second guessing integrating away from our old app for MinistryOne. I have put in countless hours getting this app set up, only to realize that the directory will not sync with any of our congregation's android phones, including mine (office ) and our Pastor's. The team is very helpful, I truly hope this is something they can work out soon.
