Generally decent experience. But when i asked for a video consult, said the doctor was ready for me - but then kept me waiting again for 20 mins only to have a connection issue and kick me out. The app needs to get their experience right and manage customer expectations better (so I can do other things instead of just waiting for the doctor thinking the doctor was already ready when they arent)

Tele consult doesn't work. The line drops within 10 seconds of getting connected although this is done via a stable, strong home WiFi. This is a repeated occurrence and checking with my colleagues reveal the same. It's a similar observation by others who have left a review here. Will definitely to my HR team as there appears to be little will to rectify this shoddy app experience by the app owner.

They never resolved the problem with my until my HR intervene. The app is always slow, nothing is efficient. For a video consultation, they are laggy in the symptoms input amd my consultation was juat cut off with no call back..

Slow, always show network connection issue, laggy v with doctors, takes long time to sign in, worse apps ever.

App good but the consultant doctor no good. Before telling other sickness the doctor hang up the call. Tried multiple times never respond. So I try other app. They respond and is excellent.

This is app is useless. There is no option to update to the latest version. Yet I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app end up getting the same horseshit message to update it. I really dont who is the developer working on it as they are not doing their job properly and end are experiencing a lot of difficulties which leads to frustration

The app is unbearable to use. me doesn't work, a document crashes the app, ing photo doesn't do anything. Worst is that the "ask may" chat feature is simply using pre-canned answer without reading the context provided by me. I have a case still unresolved for weeks just because the loop caused by the problems above.

VOTED FOR THE MOST TROUBLESOME APP!!! CHANGE YOUR OTP PROCESS!!!!! why send the OTP to an email and not directly via sms???? and you expect us to log-in to our email s, enter , read your email, and key-in the code all within 30seconds (timeframe to enter the OTP). troublesome that every menu you activate, you have to to your email and check otp. waste of time!!!! USELESS APP!!!! i wonder how is this app being backtested. developer is nuts.
