This thing was perfect on my trip to Scandinavia. I was able to toggle between Euros during my layovers, SEK and DKK. My bank notifies me of purchases I make using my card, and the prices always matched what this app said. Very pleased with the performance, and the adds weren't too annoying. When you are shopping, with your mind focused on your shopping list, or at the cashier, ing the price of a purchase, the last thing you want are silly, irrelevant ads popping up before you can calculate the currency exchange, . . . and now they require TWO cancel touches to return to the calculator. As soon as I find an simple ad-free currency calculator, I will switch!

This is a great app. Quick, easy, real time conversions, perfec! However, Even after paying the required amount to avoid ads, you may still get ads. This happened to me. (Apparently it is a play store issue.) I emailed the creator and almost immediately, he provided a workaround.

This once simple app has become an annoyance. Everytime I open the app a noisy ad appears that disrupts my flow. No way to silence ads before they start to play, so I have to silence all my media first or act quickly to not annoy others around me. Ads often require two buttons to close them too. Would rather pay for a pro than keep dealing with these aggressive ad campaigns. UPDATE: Ads can be disabled, but the app now collects lots of personal data, why do you need my credit score?!

great for travelers without wifi or internet access. I used this throughout my six month backpacking trip and wholeheartedly recommended. there are a lot of ads when connected to internet but if you're without service there are none...so that's nice. It keeps the current exchange rate from when you last had internet access, so make sure to connect to wifi every so often in case rates change.

Edit: immediately fixed! Now it's again a great, convenient currency conversation app. I've used it for years and I was sad when it broke but now it's great again! Old:New update broke the app. Forces you to pay for the subscription, because the "give consent" button conveniently does not work.

Great app, very useful. The ads are so annoying though. I wish the app would give me a clear option to purchase to remove ads.

One of a kind exchange rate calculator, I'm surprised there are not more like this out there. I wish the version had a lifetime purchase though as I'm not into subscriptions. Until then I will tolerate the occasional ads.
