This had been an invaluable tool for managing my inventory to orders. Unfortunately right now, it will not allow me to scan in new shipments and add to my inventory. I know the app is only a part of all the tools that have been created to help us but I do hope this gets resolved soon.

Bar scanning is not working on the boxes. please fix this. Trying to take the picture of the barcode on the box when it arrived and the my customers app is saying you're not online and then it will not take and the inventory into your inventory. I love this app when it's working properly. When the app is not functioning properly it is not acceptable.

Barcode is still not scanning. Tried to enter barcode manually both options pop up an error saying you are offline. Hope this gets fixed soon.

This app needs a LOT of work! It would be GREAT if it could help out with taxes in some way. Inventory is hard to keep track of. When sending messages to customers, I would LOVE to send more than 2-3 lines of text AND I would like to send attachments and invoices. The addresses would be nice to pull up on Google maps and there needs to be a way to make trips more efficient. This app has GREAT potential, but I am still finding myself sending HUNDREDS of texts out to customers manually when I could be doing other income producing activities!

I'm very disappointed in this app! When first ed it worked great. I went into it last night and to my horror all of my clients where erased! Poof! Gone! Thank goodness I have hard copies of their orders. This app is a fantastic tool when it works. That said consultants beware! Always keep hard copies technology simply cannot be trusted!

I like this app, but it could be better and needs some updates. 1. I sort my customers by first name, but it always reverts to last name. There should be an option to hold the setting you want. 2. It would be convenient to have an option to import a to your customers list, since you start with your friends and family usually anyway. 3. According to other reviews: Inventory doesn't update when you order. 4. The ability to request payment for product, connected via Propay, cash app, etc.

This app has some really great features but could use a few additional ones. It REALLY needs the ability to airprint invoices. If I am taking the time to make an invoice in this app, I don't want to also write out an invoice for my customer. The only way right now to print out invoices is to log on to marykayintouch from a computer, the invoice, print it, and then I still have to fill in all the pricing info. Also, if it had a section to track expenses that would be perfect!

I appreciated the fact I only had to use my 4-digit verification whenever I got on. Now I have to use that and completely every time I open the app even when I haven't closed the app on my phone. The biggest issue I have now is that I used to be able to record multiple payments, especially when I have customers with varying payment plans. This allowed me to keep track of what they still owed. Now the app just says whatever they paid is the total and will mark it complete, so I can't edit.
